    >Several known compounds found in tea were shown to enhance insulin with the greatest activity due to epigallocatechin gallate followed by epicatechin gallate, tannins, and theaflavins. Caffeine, catechin, and epicatechin displayed insignificant insulin-enhancing activities.

2 cups of tea a day, make sure to drink them earlier in the day and switch to some kind of herbal tea before it gets too late and the caffeine impacts your sleep.
    >Research suggests that green tea, turmeric tea, hibiscus tea, cinnamon tea, lemon balm tea, chamomile tea, and black tea may offer impressive antidiabetic effects, making them good choices for people with diabetes

Basically a huge number of teas help this stuff and before we entered the modern age of medicine tea was considered medicine. No milk, no sugar, drink tea, NEVER drink water except for some sips in the morning when you're mouth is dry, frick water tbqhwy.

You don't even know what insulin resistance is.
Sugar increases insulin sensitivity (centuries ago they gave sugar to diabetics to cure them)
    PUFA causes insulin resistance.

Just fast for several days. Fasting fixes the flat out unless you have let it progress to type 1 diabetes where your pancreas is compromised

      >Sugar increases insulin sensitivity
no it doesn't frick off sugar shill

If you continue to pound sugary shit, you will compromise your liver first. Your pancreas will have to go into overdrive to continue to pump out the amount of insulin you need because you are resistant to it. If you let that go on long enough your pancreas will fail. Get the frick out of here you dumb homosexual

type 2 diabetes is heightened insulin resistance and results a compromised liver due to it being fatty. If you fast and lose weight it fixes it

Yes, and unlike type 2, type 1 cannot be cured, only mitigated. So glad we’re on the same page.

Don’t snack, only have 3 or better yet 2 meals per day, nothing but water between them. Constant digestion = constant insulin spikes = insulin resistance, even if it isn’t high in sugar (insulin isn’t only used in response to sugar)
Also what other anons said. Intense exercise even if just in bursts.
