    Interesting list. The only thing I don’t like it’s 1 hour only of internet and I just cannot stay without it 3 hours before sleeping, since I study at night. However, that’s a good list.

Porn + masturbation causes a similar effect on the brain as heroin. The massive dopamine spike then depletion, the prolactin spike afterwards. Feeling like shit or anxious without it is a necessary healing process. When nofap was first a thing, the recommended plan was abstain for 90 days. No porn, no fapping, no looking at softcore shit. Listen up this is important: at some point you hit a “flatline” period where you feel low. Low energy, low mood, low libido. That is also normal. It can start right away, or a few weeks in. It can last for various durations, usually 1-3 weeks. It’s normal. That’s also part of the healing process.

          On the other side of it is feeling calm, level headed, focused, healthy levels of horny, and energetic all the time. You won’t turn into chad, but it will help you be more “human” for lack of better word. A stronger better you.
