I pretty much just sleep all day every day and am too exhausted to do anything. Idk if this is the right board but is there anything I can do fitness-wise to not be so tired all the time? I pretty much just eat meat vegetables and rice. Idk if it's diet related. When I fast I have more energy but eventually crash. I'm also very weak, can only lift about 40 pounds or so. I weigh 120lbs and am 5' 4". How do I become not a fragile rotting corpse with no energy?
