      Schizophrenia can become serious if left untreated. Also keep in good contact with family/friends that are helpful to you. Ppl can legit care.

      This is the worst advice for losing weight. If you keep taking antipsychotics you will forever remain a fatass. Im also a schizo and last time I went off my meds I lost 80 pounds. I just went on an incredibly low dose again and im finally losing weight again after years of stagnant obesity

    I don’t understand these threads, when you list off all the problems you have then ask how to fix yourself. You literally see what your biggest problems are. Stop smoking weed (which unironically might help your schizo problem as well), put down your video games, Quit watching porn and cooming, and go get a job. No one can physically teach you how to have ambition, that’s a personal matter that you need to figure out (IE what is your motivation, what goals do you have and what do you need to do to get there?)

      I neet with my gf at my moms. last year I made 40k but spent it all on stupid shit. I lost my job last month and have been working at a gas station meanwhile I wait for paperwork n BS to finish before I work at some assembly joint. I think the point of this one is I am looking for some therapy and I was invited from an anon from /x/ because he said you guys would share real advice.like I said my gf is on the same boat with me but at least she does yoga and workouts with some iphone app. I always felt like I drag her down and she will leave after im done paying for her school. I want to put money down for a home by the end of this year and I know I can do it because I have made the money for it but just bought goyslop and weed for my entertainment systems and admittingly webcam girl shit.

        Then tell that when you make a thread, the assumption is that you are a complete NEET with no skills or experience, not someone with a girlfriend and a job.

        Then join her, yoga is good stuff for mobility, especially if you sit a lot.

        Talk with her, do you actually have a connection or is she genuinely just using you? If you have a thing, then you can still change things.

        Here again you see that you know what you want but let that lazy side of you take over, weed is not your friend here nor are webcam girls.

        If you want to make a real effort and change, then start with writing all of this on paper, your goals and wants in life, where you actually want to be in 10 years and then reflect on what is holding you back (weed, games, webcamgirls, relationship, work, fitness etc,).
        Then pick one and start working on it, if its weed, skip one day a week, then two and so on. If it is actually difficult to do, you are straight up addicted and you just have to ditch the stuff alltogether.
        If it all feels overwhelming, pick one thing a day to do, its still 365 things done in a year, today write down your goals. Tomorrows write down the challenges to those goals, day after that pick the one thing that is the most obstructing to your life.

    Start with not smoking weed and getting treatment for your schizophrenia. Without that youre going nowhere. If you just meant you're mentally ill and you're an internet schizo then use picrel. Either way connect deeper with the people you care about too. If there's people in your life that you love and love you back then they'll help you through this. Next eating healthy, having a good sleep schedule, and not jerking off all day are the things to fix. Locking down those 3 things will give you lots of mental and physical energy to get things done. If you're too tired and hazy all the time you'll just fall back on old habits. Once those things are a normal part of life the next things to do are getting a job, lifting weights or doing a sporty hobby thats fun, and keeping your space clean. It could even just be working part time and exercising twice per week to start out if you're having issues sticking with it and building up from there. You need to do things that will get you in front of people and things that will help you build some self respect. Once those needs are met, it's time to put a focus on losing weight faster and making some friends. Dial in your eating habits even more and maybe start doing some cardio each morning to help you get much leaner. Hang out with some coworkers or something and get to know their friends. If your coworker is cool their friends are also probably going to be cool too. Once you're in the group cast the net out further and make friends with the friends of friends again. Repeat until your social circle is as large as you want. It also makes finding a gf easy because everyone knows someone who's single and if you're making friends with good people then they'll know good people who are single. Best of luck fren

      too many anons projecting. I let myself go and just need a refresher on how to start a routine. it was easier when I had school to work around but now I am staying up all night at a gas station and thought I could use extra advice. I used to be in choir and did crazy breathing excersises would anyone recommend I re did those? I felt like phantom blood jojos

    Weed can exacerbate schizophrenia. Get treatment for your schizophrenia.
    Stop eating so much. I used to be your weight/height and I just started doing 48 hour rolling fasts (then calorie counting) until I got where I wanted. You just have to wake up one day and decide that you want it. Convince yourself that you’re going to do it, that it’s inevitable. Don’t cheat even a little bit, you don’t have the willpower for that. For a fatty, complete refusal is way easier than indulging just a little.

    Aside from that, cooming isn’t THAT big an issue, but I suppose it depends on how bad it is. Imo that’s something you should address after the more pressing issues. You’re never gonna get anywhere if you try to go from fat neet to some perfect ubermensch immediately. You need to take things step by step, one day at a time.
