The only way actual enforcement kicks in is if gyms are seeing a bunch of dudes cancelling their membership in favor of home gyms or underground gyms (which if this continues for another 1-2Y it might)
There's also a loooot of pushback on these videos so quite frankly common sense and etiquette really isn't dead for the wider community.

Kind of boring. Saw an old guy on the ground once and the entire area around him was taped off while paramedics got him out of there. Later found out from a friend working the desk that he didn't make it.

I do not look at women in the gym.
I do my best to avoid going near women in the gym. I will choose my exercises and the location I do them in to strategically put as much distance between myself and women as possible. I will position myself so that my back is to them, when I'm pacing around inbetween sets and there is a woman in the vicinity I make sure that I'm always looking away from her and I'm not looking in the mirror where I could potentially see her. I will only use their presence as an infinite source of more rage and self-loathing to fuel my workout. I will not give them the validation of my attention. I will not. Sometimes I can't help it, but I do everything in my power to deny them that. Today i was going to one part of the gym to do my ab workout at the end of my set, but there was a woman also working out in that area, so I went to an empty area of the gym to do them instead. I will always face away from women or towards a wall if they are in my vicinity while I work out.
I will never get "creepgate"'d or whatever the fuck it is because I will never give a woman the satisfaction of my gaze.
If gyms will be sex-segregated, then where do the nonbinaries, transgendereds, etc. go? Schools haven't figure this out. What solution will the fitness industry have?

When you're looking at some gym thot's ass the best thing to do is just to stare obnoxiously and posture comically as if you were a basketball american (you know the mannerisms I'm referring too) maybe mouth "damn that bitch got ASS" or something like that.
