1 year ago Reply Anonymous Do what the strength youtubers like tren twins do and hit more than one compound per session. You can do 2 or more of bench, squat, deadlift, barbell row, OHP in one session.

Never go above 3 reps and take as many plates as you can for 2 reps.
The first 2 weeks focus only in squats.
