I am 174cm/67.5kg and don't look anything close to OP. Would have to drop around 8% of body fat (17-19 currently) to be that lean.
i'm 65 at same height and i'm like 12%, to be of that weight and that bodyfat you need to have zero muscle

Need to isolate and work the bottom of the pectorals to make them more defined. Need to work the core muscles above the pelvis but below the abs to sharpen up that area. Everything in between is in order.
Looks fine, anyone who doesn't agree either favor heavier builds or suffers from dysmorphia.
I'd gain half a pound a week for the next year while training hard, then do a quick 5 week cut and look even better
