get an actual tummy tuck because you don't have such a huge frame. But already you can better the appearance lifting. Only lift up the weights and focus on upper body muscles in the torso.

Full body resistance training 2x/week.
Eat well.
Repeat forever, increase workload after 1 year of consistent training.
