      sounds about right

      Post diet

      LMAO

diet has been nothing but take out and shit food for the longest time and its why I am this weight now. Been cooking every day for the past two weeks tho. For dinner usually potatoes, carrots and some form of lean meat like chicken or 5% minced beef , will try to stick at it.

Caloric deficit, walk 15k everyday, train three times a week
Adjust your diet and training as you get more fit
      That's it

Get off your FAT c**t and buy some SNAKE JUICE

I've had spam once in my life and never again

Yup, don't even have to starve yourself
~600 calorie deficit, use an app to log calories
weights 3x a week = 300 calories burned each time
walking 3 miles = 300 calories burned each time

You could lose 2 pounds a week if you are dedicated and never go over calorie count

Adding to my previous comment, you'd be amazed on how easy it is to loose fat when you're overweight. Literally just takes consistency, sticking to your guns.
Weight plateaus happen, but are just momentary! The key is just eating good, training and walking. Results will be fast, very fast: ya just gotta keep going.
After that comes the dreading skinny fat mode, but that's a whole other type of thing

Thanks bro appreciate it, will post results month from now and see how far I get. Yes I've heard about the dreaded skinny fat... decided to start a 3 day week PPL routine at my gym to stop that happening in the future, lets hope I can keep it up.

Just imo, ppl isn't valuable at only 3 days. It's designed so you can do 5 or 6 days. No reason not to do 3x fullbody if you are taking a rest day every other day.

I was really just looking for some practical advice tbh, I've lost weight before by eating nothing but rice and chicken 3 times a day and I'm so burnt out from doing that in the past that a fresh perceptive on losing weight would be helpful

there isnt a fresh perspective. thats what you have to do AND MORE because it has to become a permanent change.
tough luck you fatfrick turns out you cant get everything you want in life without sacrificing something in return.

            some advice for you anon
            1. 10-15 thousand steps a day fat people like you dont even need to workout tbf but of course you will workout
            2. every meal you prepare has to be structured around a high protein food (eggs, chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon).
            3. one way to fix your diet is find around 6-7 easy and quick recipes you can easily cook and eat those all the time. We all eat the same things 80% of the time anyways so this wont be a huge problem
            4. and finally structure your workouts around compound movements. prioritise squats pull ups bench press and always finish them with some form of cardio (walking on incline treadmil, jump rope, cycling)

Following this will deal with at least 90% of your problems its extremely simple but you have to be consistent so prepare a 3-4 workout split and start immediately

            Here's my practical advice.
            >Stop eating ultra-processed food
The general rule is if someone 500 years ago wouldn't have been able to make this, it's probably ultra-processed. 90% of your shopping trolley should be filled with vegetables, fruit, raw meat and dairy products like milk cheese and yoghurt. Most obese people have the OPPOSITE shopping trolley, 10% is raw meat and potatoes, the other 90% is confectionery, chips, soda etc. Following this idea will single handedly get you under 100kg.

            >Drink water
The absolute worst thing you can be drinking is full-of-sugar drinks like coke or monster. The second worst thing is probably fruit juice, followed by calorie free drink like coke no sugar. But there's basically one thing that you should be drinking almost every time, WATER. I have multiple friends that will have over a litre of coke no sugar a day, sure it doesn't make them fat because it's calorie free, but it still trains their brain and stomachs into wanting sweet and processed foods, which is why I say have water every time. Allow yourself a single glass of coke or juice a day if you wish.

            >Eat the same and adapt
Eat roughly the same stuff every week, if after a few weeks you haven't lost weight, make a small reduction. Remove a potato from dinner, make smoothies with water not milk, swap the greek yoghurt with non-fat etc.

            >Train your taste
You've been eating shit foods, so you like shit foods. The solution is simple: eat good foods until you like it. You're not going to believe me, but if you stick to clean eating then in 2 years you may find yourself ordering a green smoothie at a cafe, not just because it's healthy, but because you actually like the taste! When you have a taste for healthy foods, health is an inevitability.

            2/2

I believe following rules 1 and 2 will lead to achieving rule number 4, this will make losing weight easy, especially if you pair it with rule number 3.

Following these rules will probably get you down to 80kg without even having to think about maths. Following my 4 rules will probably get you fairly healthy for the rest of your life without having to think about it, but of course later on you can start thinking about getting more serious about your diet if you wish. But either way, don't play all your cards at once. Sustainable changes make for sustainable results, so if you're the kind of person that has 2 litres of coke a day, don't give it up completely, just limit yourself to a glass with lunch and dinner, and make every other drink water.

Last point: exercise. Fat people love to think that going to the gym will make them fit. Well it won't if they go home to eat microwave meals and ice cream every time. For you, exercise is potentially a good habit to develop, but it's not going to make you lose weight, you must understand your weight is at least 90% about what you're eating. So sort out your eating first and foremost, exercise can come into play later.

Forgot about this point: Try making foods from recipes. It's extremely simple to google "one-pan healthy dinner" and get a million results, try making them and let your cooking knowledge expand. Chicken rice and broccolli is an okay meal but it will become boring. There's a lot of simple recipes that taste great.
Another benefit of this is that they will get you eating a better ratio of meat to vegetables without your fatty child brain going "eww I HATE vegetables!". After a while, your cooking knowledge will be great enough that you can simply improvise great foods that go beyond the chicken rice and broccoli archetype.
Last weekend I made Palak paneer, a spinach based Indian curry that I absolutely love to get from indian restaurants. I was shocked with how easy it is and I think I'll be making it every weekend now.
