I don't know anything about it other than russian and ukraine are at war, we (britain) is helping ukraine and everyones telling me I need to have an opinion on it when I have none, if theres some sort of vote about it or something I'll learn about it but that's it - not sure why my political opinions would make my statement more/less correct but I hope I've cleared it up for you

I think you have to find poses that work well with your body. I've got decent lats so anything that shows off that works well. Gutsanon has a wide chest and good front delts so he shows those off.
