since your brainlet mind can comprehend substances as only bad, since you implied higher quantity = automatically bad, why do you use any of them then moron?
Jesus fricking Christ, Black person, did you just try to logically prove that one has to either completely reject hair loss drugs, or be completely indifferent towards the quantity and variety of drugs needed to keep his hair? Imagine being an unironic reddit "debate me" bro.
>since your brainlet mind can comprehend substances as only bad, since you implied higher quantity = automatically bad
You are the strawmanning homosexual, this statement is not implied by OP's image.
you have hair but whatever you are doing to it is not it pal
looks like ass man. a cleaner style would do better. i also bet that looks even worse from the side
Bruh I took this after waking up haven’t even showered yet lmao of course it looks shit. When I shower my hair looks thicker so I wanted honest opinions of it at it’s worst (greasy and unshowered).
Also here’s more of a side pic and yes it does look worse
is this one your showered hair? looks better but still not a great style. the mess you have on the sides isn't doing you any favors. keep the sides neat and that length would look better. dunno if going straight up on the top is the best though
Low test men should obviously stay away from anything that lowers their DHT even further, but if your test/DHT levels are normal/high the hit from finasteride is not even noticable
Going on 32 and no signs of thinning. I've even started getting hair on my upper arms, shoulders and lower back whatever that means.
I have been going very salt and pepper recently. I'm thinking about buzz cut then dye it as it comes back. I think it would be less noticeable than just doing it all now.
I'm 35 and I just recently went through my bangs getting wispy which freaked me the frick out to the point I got a fin prescription. I have long, thick hair to my shoulders but I got worried about it from reading all these damn things.
I'm barely on my 4th tab of fin as I take it every 3 days but before taking the tabs it seemed like my thinning bangs subsided and haven't seen either my hairline or temples moving back anymore from where they are now. The one thing that freaked me the frick out is apparently I have a little thinning at the crown right at my part. I'm keeping an eye on that and might just start taking minox if it doesn't look good going into the holiday season.
yea same problem but i just cut them all in one go so i dont get hassled every time >5mg tab >split 3x so 5->2.5->1.25->0.625 >one 5mg tab = eight 0.625mg bits
could probably cut more but taking that every other day would do it. this is broscience but i think a relatively big dose every 3 days is more likely to throw you out of whack then regular smaller doses
oh shit 5mg, mine are 1mg which is why I just said frick it about cutting them.

the 5mg ones are what people get for enlarged prostates. way cheaper than the 1mg ones for hairloss. i swear, these israeli tricks have no end. one small purchase will basically last me 2 years
Have dense NW1 except on my left where I'm slowly thinning. Drinking minoxidil has helped me with it and there's new thick black hair growing. I'm 26 btw so most likely not genetically inclined for hairloss.
just don't be too arrogant. i was in the same position as you, but ~28 i started getting diffuse thining. still nw1, but with bald spot on top of my head and shitty density on the front.
-Zinc (bald men have low zinc levels apparently)
-vitamin D
-astaxanthin (good for eyes and skin, may act as a DHT inhibitor)
-magnesium
-fish oil omega 3
-blueberry extract
-MSM
-copper
-iron
-boron
-sulphoraphane

A few drops will pretty much have zero side effects except for excess body hair. No one is telling you to drink the entire bottle at once. That's as deadly as drinking a vitamin D bottle.

>The recommended initial dosage of LONITEN Tablets is 5 mg of minoxidil given as a single daily dose. Daily dosage can be increased to 10, 20 and then to 40 mg in single or divided doses if required for optimum blood pressure control. The effective dosage range is usually 10 to 40 mg per day. The maximum recommended dosage is 100 mg per day.
The dose he's on is not really low.

Redditors are morons who don't know that minoxidil is originally an antihypertensive that is now a last line agent because it eventually causes aortic dissection at a standard dose.
assuming they are using 5% solution, doing 5 drops, which would be equal to 0.25 mL (or far more than that if they're being moronic when dropping):
0.25 * (5 / 100) * 1000 = 12.5mg minoxidil daily dose, slightly more than you'd get at one time using the recommended standard dosing regiment of 10mg QD/BID/TID/QID.

I've been taking 2.5 mg loniten oral minox for about 3 months now, was on fin for a year before and now hair is regrowing in my temples, facial hair is growing in thicker, and arm/leg hair is growing in more dense. I don't think my heart will have any issues but i base that on absolutely nothing.
>Drinking minoxidil
gross. if you feel fine then there's no problem. but just spraying once a day for me and i was out of it, unmotivated, and had soft boners
Ya I have a bulbous forehead like my dad
It’s ok though I have a pretty big jaw to balance it out
My hairline used to be a lot worse but fin/minoxidil and Dermarolling have brought some of it back
hard to tell if it looks bad. skull shape and the rest of your face makes a huge difference. hair just covers up bad parts or makes it look better. side profile also something to keep an eye on. some people really can still look good even with a receding hairline
Sure, it's much less effective at stopping hairloss but it slows it down. If it can slow down your balding just long enough so that you don't have to be fully bald in your 20s, then I think it's worth it. Being a baldfrick in your 20s is no fun, but when you get into your 30s looks don't matter as much so who cares then
You are wrong
Your looks will always matter
Unless you are already married in your twenties you are in deep shit
A woman in her 30's has a very high chance to give birth defects to her children
You have to breed a 25 or younger female, this is just the way it works
A man can have healthy children at ANY AGE but for women 30 is the cut off point where their children are born handicapped
I didn't say it stopped mattering entirely at 30+, but it matters much less than it does in your 20s , which obviously implies that you'll have settled down with a woman by then and have more important things to worry about than your hair, like raising your kids and focusing on your career
Minoxidil is blood pressure medicine. If you don't outright spray it into your mouth 10 times it will only slightly decrease your bloodpressure (if at all) as a side effect. You can order it on amazon. There's a foam variant and a liquid variant. Both are intended to be used topically on your head.
doing alright. looks bad when i dont get enough volume and you look at me from the side. otherwise, i'm fine. gf says i'm not balding but no. you really gotta own up to it. show any weakness in the form of denial and it will be too late for you to do anything about. was worse when i was in college

Started balding really badly at 20. Got a transplant at 26 and it was worth every penny.
I don't use finasteride, only minox. So the rest of my natural hair will continue to slowly fall out, but I don't care if I have to go full baldie in my late 30s or 40s
$8k for 2000 grafts at one of the best clinics in Turkey, which included 4 nights in a room, transportation to/from the airport and all meals. It was FUE
interesting. i wonder if Turkey's been overpricing since they're already well known by medical tourists. in my 3rd world country, it costs $2800 for FUE. of course, it depends on the severity but certainly quite a difference. glad it worked out. feeling good about your hair is great
needs to show more of the forehead to be sure if it looks good or bad. skull shape makes a big difference. not bad at all tho. if you start fin now you wont regret it. just take baby doses to maintain
Okay. I'm kind of moronic regarding this. It definitely is thinning though. Don't know if it's my barber that thinned it out a little in the middle as part of the style, but he did say he was going to thin it a bit. But maybe not? The thinning in the corner is definitely not done as a style choice. Whatever the case, I'm going to dermaroll the corner and use keto shampoo. Already using rosemary oil on the thinning corner. Not sure about finasteride but I'll try one dose to see if I turn into a troony.
Started shaving last year, I don't mind how I look now but I do miss my hair at its prime.
I'm also running into a problem where I don't want to look like I'm coping so I don't wear hats even when I want to.
Also tried fin and it gave me some weird pec fat? there is no lump so I don't think it's gyno but one of my pecs got noticeably fatter than the other one.
Started fin in 2020 and hair is about the same thickness as 2015 but hairline is still the same as 2019. I was also using min in 2015 but stopped until 2020.
People on this board refuse to believe that not all girls are superficial b***hes. They cant fathom that if you have a attractive character you automatically become more attractive in general. I had the baldscare earlier this year. A patch on my forehead, but behind the first rows of 'hair', was becoming thin. My nutrition was very bad, and I think it has recovered a little now. Or my hair is longer - only time will tell.
Either way I think I always had this patch of thin hair, so no suicide for me yet. But I have researched into hair implants, and those are getting better and better as time goes on. So I wouldn't worry too much if I were you guys. Much better than fin and other heavy chemical stuff.
I've always had long hair through my school years so losing my hair was devestating to me

I will NEVER use estrogen products to stop hair loss
Thanks doctor pebis
That's not how either finasteride or minoxidil works. Fin works by stopping testosterone from being converted into DHT and min works by increasing bloodflow to the scalp. That's it. So from a testosterone standpoint, fin is actually better for you than not taking it. I mean, unless you're taking estradiol. In which case you should buy a dilator too troony
Isn't it strange how the only FDA approved products for men's hair loss are estrogen mimics or just straight up estrogen with a brand name?
No, it's not strange at all, the FDA are israeli.
They hate you white man.
Conspiracy: vaccines cause hair loss
Lmao I had exactly this progression and even thought about the meme when I was getting my script for fin.
Now a year in on rogaine foam and propecia and my hair looks fantastic.
I've noticed a decrease in overall libido, but I can still frick/cum in my gf easily as long as I avoid porn. And that might just be me not being in my 20s anymore.
19 y.o right now, not sure to be honest. My temples are starting to get really thin, but I started taking vitamin b supplements a week ago. I've barely been losing hair in the shower now. How the frick do I tell if I was just vitamin deficient? If it was just vitamin deficiency will that hair ever grow back?
There are recent studies that have shown that microneedling is as effective as just taking min. So for all the guys unwilling to take medicine you can just get Dr.Pen for 150 bucks and at least do something.
frick that, buy a derma stamp for about 40 dollars instead of the electric pens or rollers
it gives you a cleaner in and out if you have steady hands, the rollers and pens can cause tearing and make things worse.
Hair fell out due to my medication and illness. Shaved it off and feel much better now. If you actually have time to worry about your hair you dont even know what real problems are

Last time I checked I had test in the upper limit and fin still ruins my dick. It's not fair.
Norwood 3, my temples appear to be coming back somewhat thanks to fin/min/dermarolling though.
My temples came back with a fin/minox topical mix.
How the frick do you effectively apply 1mg of minox on your head through your hair?
I don't have the hairlet gene, so incredible

If men in your family go bald then get on fin before you start fighting for lost ground. You look fine though at the moment so don't sweat it.
Receding hairline and pretty thin all over the top, but whatever I ain't using troony drugs.
I started shaving at 23 and never looked back.
Good for you if you fit the look. Not everyone is as fortunate
Pretty good, I'm too lazy to go get a haircut so it's looking like a big mess right now.

They lie.
This. Women want chad with full hair, everything else is a compromise.
I agree bro, just look at how dom and alpha Brad Pitt looks without hair! Just shave it bro!
He unironically still looks good, if he were Dr. Brad Pitt and had that hairline he'd slay like crazy

I'm 31 now, I turn 32 in August

I was watching venon carnage
Look at this
Even chads would have this, wet hair will always show the scalp
Tom Hardy looks like turbochad even when he's full bald (bane) so who the frick cares
joined the Dutasteride master race. I'm leaving humanity behind
Im going for the Vegeta look what do you guys think
>Based. My Asian teachers used to call me Vegeta.
It's literally not moved at all. Great thickness, no recession on the temples. You're fine
Just take minoxidil pills, what the frick are you even doing.
This crippled awkward meme brought to you by the genius think tank at finasteride co.
its already fricked lol i dont care about hair its just the reminder that im going to die that bothers me
It looks like my hair is thinning but I have practically no loose hair.
Only minoxidil can regrow lost hair.
Give it to me straight, how bad is it?
There are recent studies that have shown that microneedling is as effective as just taking min. So for all the guys unwilling to take medicine you can just get Dr.Pen for 150 bucks and at least do something.
frick that, buy a derma stamp for about 40 dollars instead of the electric pens or rollers
it gives you a cleaner in and out if you have steady hands, the rollers and pens can cause tearing and make things worse.
Never heard of the stamps. Any info out there? Also the pens are fine. Just hold it straight and keep a steady hand. It's the rollers that are bad.
What studies?
what hair
i can relate to this enough for a sensible chuckle but i am still not hopping on it.
Thanks grandpa for blessing me with the undomesticated shepherd's hair. My hair will probably go gray very soon though
>My hair will probably go gray very soon though
this homie can’t stop winning he just can’t take an L. He’s the 6ix9ine of hair
Hair fell out due to my medication and illness. Shaved it off and feel much better now. If you actually have time to worry about your hair you dont even know what real problems are
Thick and healthy.
Only evil people go bald.
Fricked. Tried fin, made my balls ache like crazy, dropped it after a few months.
I MISS MY HAIR SO MUCH BROS
