Human longevity question

Lets say I'm going to eat a healthy snack, maybe an apple, or a kiwi. From a longevity stand point, is it better to skip eating all together, no matter how healthy the food in question is?

The vast majority of natural fruits are extremely fibrous and seedy with little to no sugary flesh.
Modern fruit is genetically engineered via artificial breeding selection.

Lower weight is associated with longer life, regardless of whether the extra weight is fat or muscle (excluding people who are low weight because they're dying).
While it might not apply directly to humans, testing on mice/rats showed that a near starvation diet leads to a longer life than even a healthy diet.
From a longevity standpoint, the less you eat the longer you'll live (all other things being equal). The quality of that longer life is another question entirely.

So skipping the supposed healthy meal would be more beneficial altogether provided all my nutrition for the day has been met?

        Yes.
There's no objective standard for what makes a meal 'healthy'.
A glass of milk will be unhealthy for someone who's lactose intolerant, a protein shake will be wasted on someone who's hit their protein intake for the day, and if you've already hit your macros for the day and you eat more, you'll start gaining weight in the form of fat.

Right, as an example, if I already hit my protein marcos, having another protein shake will just put more strain on my body with digestion and the cascading processes.

It won't strain your body per se, it'll just be wasted. In the case of excess protein, most of it will just go undigested and give you rancid protein farts.
Generally speaking, anything you eat in excess will be wasted or stored as fat. It's only going to be harmful if you're seriously overdoing it (like eating too much tinned tuna and giving yourself mercury poisoning), otherwise it's just a waste of food.

    Fasting is bullshit.
    >good sleep quality and 7-8 hrs
    >dont eat fast food
    >go outside and take some sun
    >do strength and cardio (fuck you gays)

Caloric restriction is a Tier 1 longevity intervention. It will shift all your biomarkers in a positive direction.

The fiber and vitamins in an apple are probably a Tier 3.
