      from what i understand its getting the body attuned to pushing heavier loads while hypertrophy youre just tearing up the muscle so it can build itself better and bigger. bigger muscles means you have the potential for more strength while more strength you have the potential to build more muscle.

      No

      Reps in the 1-8 range are best for Strength gain and pushing heavy loads

      Reps in the 8-15 range are best for Hypertrophy gains and causing muscle breakdown

      Rennaisance Periodization on YouTube, but ignore MUH SCIENCE!!!! and do what you like, within reason of course. (adherance > optimality)

          I have never seen the Stronglifts routine in my life, but aside from going to that dudes YT here's all I know (as a TLDR, I know way more, but eh)

          >Sets Reps and Frequency
          2-4 sets of 8-15 Reps is adequate for hypertrophy hitting each muscle 2-3x a week
          I personally do 3x-8-12, nice sweetspot. If you prefer "fluff work" do 4x12-15, if you prefer going fricking HARD, aim for 2x-8-12
          When I say 8-12, I don't mean "oh i'll just do 8", no. you are pushing your ass off for 12 every time, if you cant do 8, drop the weight, if you can do 12, up the weight (within reason obviously)

          >Movements
          For hypertrophy, technically speaking movements that Isolate the muscle group are the best.
          Is doing each indivudal Tricep Head overkill? Yes, but, doing some single arm tricep pushdowns wouldnt kill you.

          Personally, I do Compound DUMBELL movements, then some machines or isolations, this is actually because I have poor injuries and such.

          Ignoring the Arm Day. This is something that my routine might look like, I changed some shit around as I had Shoulder issues, but this is typically nearing what I do (I also never change my leg day lmao)

          Also it's 80% Diet 20% Training after you get ur noob gains tbh. you can look good while DYEL at 12%, but eh while fat as 25%+

          1.6-2.8g/kg Protein (never go under 1.6, aim for 1.8-2
          25-50% of bw LBS Fat (most people do best at 30-40%)

              no problem, also remember if you don't like doing it, just dont.

              I can't really squat (knees are fricked from being obeast), so I make up for it doing Leg Press/ Romanian Deadlifts. Do I have to do more? yeah, but frick it.

              Eating muh 4-6 meals is hard? just toss a protein shake down, or just skip it, the difference after 3 "protein feedings" (not meals, I thought these fools were eating 6 real meals before) is negligible,

              Also:

              Cutting 500-100 cals per week (can actually be more but i digress, just stick to that)

              Bulking: 100-300 cals per week
