>in shape
>diet is questionable but better than most people

Also, low vitamin D, anemic and hypoglycemic. Not sure what else to do to fix all of this. Been taking 100mg of T monthly this summer and it feels great tho

I'm 30 and I fluctuate from 190 to 360. Never taken steroids, checkups didn't find anything physically wrong with me. BMI 24. Don't want to take TRT because of a dwindling hope to make some offspring, been taking vitamin D and zinc from the last 4 months, though I've been cutting on them hard. Really have no idea what to do, it feels like it's over and the only thing that's stopping me from suicide is that I don't want to be an butthole to them (as how I funked up and was a total butthole to my first gf because I did not know better, had unresolved complexes and was generally shit - still haunts me almost every day and in my dreams). Is it really over? How do I lift when the weight of my past actions is already crushing my spirit

Only if you take higher doses than needed you can run into fertility problems. If you take low doses you should be fine

You can get HCG prescribed to keep your balls active while on TRT, and if you want a plan B just to be absolutely sure you can freeze you sperm down.

Being low test is playing life on ultra hard mode. I think you are making a big mistake by wasting your youth away being low T

Thanks, I'll look into it and try to get help from a goof endocrinologist. My biggest fear is that if I get on, I can never go off so I will forever slave for the pharma.

My youth is over though, soon I'll be 31 and too bitter (mostly at myself) to attempt human connection

Not necessarily. It's typically long term. You can come off of it but you'll probably go back to your normal levels.
Theres also a drug called Clomid that you can take when you come off of T I think to raise your sperm count

Your natural test levels are incredibly low so you should be looking at lifelong treatment for it. Testosterone is very cheap too, and will always remain so due to the ease of production, so it's not like you'll ever have the rug pulled out from under you

        What sorcery is this?

Not in burger land, it is now some different schedule of drug and you can only get the brand name if you are a woman who can’t get pregnant any other way.

So that's one part of the equation. What about the second of crippling guilt preventing me from running another person's life?

          Quit being a homosexual.

How did you manage to do it? What dose do you take and how? Doesn't is just shit down your balls?

What do you mean how? Use a fricking needle. I take 0.5ml intramuscular weekly.

So you are average, congrats. Hop on to leave mediocrity, realize how much extra work you have to do with test because you just get fat faster otherwise, hop off and feel like even bigger dog shit now even heavier than when you started. You played yourself. You aren’t Arnold at 16, you are Milton from Office Space having a midlife crisis about no one giving you respect.

I've always been naturally skinny and lean. Its hard to gain weight at all for me

Is there anyway to treat hypogonadism without taking taking TRT? I don't want to be reliant on pharma.

Not really. Downsides of not having TRT
      >Erectile dysfunction
      >Low bone density
      >Trouble thinking clearly
      >No strength or stamina
The list goes on.... The benefits outweigh the drawbacks by a huge margin. Not to mention you can get TRT on any medical plan for dirt cheap.

It's actually slightly cheaper on goodrx than my blue cross blue shield plan (by like $7)

You have a medical conditon and the only way to treat it is to become reliant on pharma. No different than some guy with a fricked heart having to take heart medication for the rest of his life
