poor circulation causing blood to leave your brain.
    Do some light cardio regularly.

I do 10 minutes of cardio at the start

      Do you eat enough salt?

      I don't know, probably

It means you pushed yourself to your limit. Good work son.

      But I barely do anything

Your legs have your biggest muscles so if your cardio is bad you might experience dizziness or nausea after a set. This happened to a friend of mine, he just did 5-10 minutes of cardio a couple times a week and could soon deadlift/squat without puking.

He was really lean i might add, just because you aren’t fat doesn’t mean your cardio isn’t shit

But I do cardio, but I'm really bad at it

It used to happen to me when deadlifting, still does but less often. Doing some leg warmup exercises helped me but it didn't fully go away.

Whenever that happens to me it’s because of too much of a pressure change in my body in a short amount of time. You probably need to progressively warm up better - typically I do 25% more upper body warmups than lower because there are more muscles.

I’d like to add make sure you fricking eat and drink water before/during your lift. One time I passed out doing curls because I was running on nothing but coffee and was going way too heavy

Heheh I was cheat curling 135 in my basement for shits and giggles at 180 bw. Pretty pathetic indeed, but if you haven’t puked or passed out while lifting are you really a lifter?

Blood leaving your brain. Do more cardio and increase your sodium intake.

    Use muscle
Blood goes to muscle causing pump
Because blood goes to muscle it has to come from somewhere, it comes from your brain and other places.
less blood in brain causes dizzy.
That's how I think it works.

    This happens to me too.
I know I should do more cardio, I'm just so shit at it because I don't know how to plan linear progression for it.
