yesterday I only drank one cup of lentil soup for whole day, meaning that was the only meal through the day.
I gained one kilograms that day (70 to 71 kilograms)

And how much liquids did you consume? What do you think that 1kg consists of? Are you moronic enough to think a cup of lentil soup, which is basically just water plus a few grams of carbs and protein (probably less than 100g) can magically turn into 1000g of adipose tissue?

Exactly so that 1kg was water. Your body will fluctuate every day. If you want to weight yourself every day then take an average at the end of the week and chart that average over a series of months and you'll have an accurate picture of your actual weight loss.

It's water weight. Ufortunately, barring lab equipment, you have to do trial and error about which foods make you gain fat, water or muscle and which ones make you lose them.

And how many months have you consistently stuck to 1000kcal a day? Also even if you're not lying about your intake you might be fricking up your logging unintentionally.

Too low. Your body thinks that it's famine time so it's making you a lazy frick and is slowing down all your biological processes. Bring it up to like 1500 and you'll start losing a lot of weight

Keep fasting. Body can't run on nothing so it will have to burn fat. Do light exercise as well so that it doesn't burn muscle. Check for calories in whatever you're drinking

Checked and true. CICO stops working when you go way too high or way too low with your calories

Your deficit for real long term weight loss is supposed to be about 500 less than your resting metabolic rate. Otherwise your body legit hangs onto calories for survival

You need to continue eating 1000 calories a day and overtime you will lose weight. Stop weighing yourself everyday and start weighing yourself once a week, same day/time preferably in the morning after you wake up.

you stupid frick tell us what you're eating instead also is your dumbass tracking for one day? do it for a week at least the 1kg could be water weight but more likely you are a moron who don't know how to track calories

Homie you gotta do some research on metabolism and what affects it. Do NOT listen to CICO gays. CICO is technically correct, but lacking important context, like what actually effects your metabolism. Stop thinking about it as TDEE. It's too simplified.
Also get a full blood panel done and figure out if you're deficient in anything. I didn't start losing real weight until I corrected low T and low iron with my general practitioner. Correct sex hormones are important because they directly affect your ability to metabolize fat, as well as build muscle. Going from low T ~110ng/dL to normal range T ~300ng/dL will give you a 30% increase in your metabolic rate literally without doing anything else. ~300ng/dL is still quite low. That's on the lower end of medically acceptable range, yet still a 30% increase. That's how important that shit is for health.
As for iron, you need it for your cells to absorb oxygen. When I was still fat, I'd always felt like I was going to die when I'd exercise. I'd be out of breath and my heart rate would be in the 170bpm range from 5 minutes of cardio. These same CICO gays told me that was normal, it'd get better as I trained, and that the only reason for not exercising was being undisciplined. It didn't get better btw. Not until I corrected that iron. I felt like I was dying because I literally wasn't getting needed oxygen.
Anyway, corrected those and immediately began losing weight. I went from 118kg, to 77kg without tracking a single calorie. I do now, along with macros for bodybuilding reasons, but to lose the weight I did literally nothing.
Get that shit checked, make sure it isn't a problem. Do a 36-48hr fast every once in awhile after you correct those deficiencies.

I like how fat people basically solved world hunger. People in third world countries just need to eat less and then their bodies will go into "starvation mode" and they'll actually GAIN weight.
    Trust the science!
