        that's the spirit fren
word of advice, make sure you know exactly how many calories you're eating don't eyeball it because you're probably going to get it wrong, no need to go too hard on the deficit 500kcal bellow maintenance is all you realistically need to see visible results even daily on the scale
hydrate hydrate hydrate, water is your friend
you will plateau eventually, it could be a lot of reasons, not enough sleep, not enough water, you miscalculated your kcal, you incorporated exercise, etc. don't let it get you down, he'll you might even gain 1 or 2 kg back but just stay firm and try to correct what you think might be the problem
        I believe in you

Keep going bro, you're doing great.
Don't listen to the bucket crabs who tell you
          >Nooooooo ur going too fast
          >Noooooooooo ur supposed to do it SAFELY (and never actually reach your goals, ehehe)

10kg per month is great. I actually achieved this once as well, going from 90 to 80kg.
Still, like the others say, it will be difficult to keep it up and your rate of weight loss will slow. Well, take it as far as you can.

One thing I'd recommend researching is what your metabolic rate is and how it's impacted by "calorie restriction" vs "fasting".
I've done both, but fasting is superior. Also it makes israelites seethe.
Anyways best of luck on your journey and DON'T GIVE UP.
Even if you binge, even if you stop dieting for a month, even if you gain back 10kg, you must not give up, but just learn from your mistakes.
          Good luck fatso!

thanks frens, i will keep going. i think i will try next week the kcal im putting onto mah body. also water is indeed great. glad i dropped coke for water

it’s not walking 3 hours straight, but doing sessions of 1.5h walk everytime i can. usually i do 3 sessions. one before afterlunch, another after and another one after dinner. but i think i should do some exercises i between. i should do planks today, even if i can only last 15 seconds

i live with my parents and i work at my father’s job aka flower farming (sometimes we also plant vegetables). not gonna lie, even if we are not rich my father always spoiled me like a homosexual. but i don’t have infinite and i don’t want to take advantage of my father neither, he may be an butthole but he ain’t a bad man not a bad father. just have a short temper. i basically started to walk because i noticed a lost weight lately and i throught: “maybe this time i can try to lose weight for real”, plus videogames have started to bore me, so i decided to walk on my free time instead. my plan is to a programing course, after that i will get a job and i wil save up as much money as i can. when i have enough cash, i will frick off to live on my own.
sorry for the blogpost, just wanted ro clarify i am disgusting piece of shit, but i will change that

      >Also once you drop to around 90 either hit the gym or start running.
i want to start going to the gym this summer, since i think by that time i will start having a good physiche, and i want to have some muscles to look good

You will not have a good physique by summer. You are way too fat and you don't do any resistance training for your physique. You will definitely be healthier if you continue your progress through.
Why don't you walk to a nearby gym and start a basic strength program instead of doing circles in your large yard? This way you can start the fun gym stuff by the time summer comes.
Also did you notice that your fat loss thread garnered alot of replies? For some reason people here saw that you are not a typical fat slob that b***hes and moans about his tough life and/or is baiting. Your simple mindset is good. Keep going

Oh well, shit sucks but as long as I am losing weight it doesn’t matter. it would definitely be weird to get thin that quick in 6 months. but so far i am happy with hearing the people in my surrounding telling me that I am losing belly and that i am more thin.
          >Why don't you walk to a nearby gym and start a basic strength program instead of doing circles in your large yard? This way you can start the fun gym stuff by the time summer comes.
maybe i should. if doing more stuff other than walking can help me to lose weight faster plus getting me on shape before i reach my ideal weight, then maybe is worth trying. but i wouldn’t like to hire a monitor yet, but rather getting a “check list” about what exercise and machines to do in which days. i remember going to the different machines and lifting some weight was kinda fun in the past.
          >Also did you notice that your fat loss thread garnered alot of replies? For some reason people here saw that you are not a typical fat slob that b***hes and moans about his tough life and/or is baiting
i guess. i mean i used to be homosexual who complained a lot but never got shit done. but in the end of the day, i am well aware that i am a fat frick because of my fault, for being lazy irresponsable motherfricker. but now i want to change and stop being a moron butthole, i guess i just hit that phase of “frick it, i want to change my life”
honestly i want to change, i want to be more responsable and to be more social. I want to start taking more care of myself, like actually washing and brushing my hair. I have another objective other than the getting fit and studdying programming, but so far i want to focus on thoses.
I think this time, i will finally grow up

          >You will not have a good physique by summer. You are way too fat and you don't do any resistance training for your physique.
Can you elaborate on this more? Not OP but also currently doing pretty fast weight loss (287 to 262 in 5 weeks) for mostly aesthetic reasons. I asked in /fat/ already but will take all the information I can get. Based off the calculator in /fat/ and comparing myself to pictures from Google I am somewhere around 26%, goal is 15% which should be 233 assuming muscle holds. I'm willing to keep going at this rate if it's only another month or so, but if I'm going to look like shit I'd prefer to slow down and do it right.
          >Why don't you walk to a nearby gym and start a basic strength program instead of doing circles in your large yard?
I don't have access to a gym due to living very remote (it would be roughly 45 minute drive one way to the closest gym) but have a pretty physical job (hiking 10ish miles a day with roughly 50 pounds of gear and lots of akward lifting/moving objects up to 100 pounds when not hiking, I maintain natural areas for work) and have been doing lots of bodyweight exercises and relatively light lifting (only things I have for weights are 50 pound bags of livestock feed and 80 pound bales of hay) at night trying to cling on to muscle as much as I can. Should I invest in some basic equipment or is this enough?

To look good from being obese, op was over 300lbs at some point and and you at 287lbs, you need to have some muscle beneath. Your numbers suggest that you are tall and your job keeps you active and strong but you let your self go on your nutrition. Compared to op, both of you have a similar background (he works in a greenhouse or farm) but your life is more challenging physically so in return you will look better if you reach that point.
In my opinion, instead of fasting which would lose you both fat and muscle, start basic weightlifting to reach a strength goal (like 1/2/3/4) and increase your protein (not by a frickton like most morons here) while decreasing sugar and fast food to a minimum (if you have discipline, otherwise completely until you've reached your goal).
In the end it's important to enjoy lifting or whatever fitness activity you do so keep that in mind while both of you lose weight. good luck now (I am massively late for work)

10 kg per month is way too fast. The most that you should be losing in a single month is around 5 kg, and you better be eating plenty of protein and going to the gym while you’re doing that.
