        There are other reasons for training legs, such as even fat distribution and increasing of your basal metabolic rate which assists in overall strength and weight gain
        A natty cant just simply hit legs once and get huge legs anyways
        Having more muscle and fat targeted on your legs is critical for being lean elsewhere at a higher bodyweight

            PPL is supposed to be 6 days a week, so it’s
            >Push
            >Pull
            >Legs
            >Push
            >Pull
            >Legs
            >Rest
            so you end up training them twice every week which is pretty much optimal; don’t think you’d get significantly much more results training natty, and if you really want to just cut out the rest day to train more upper body since it’s recovering on leg day anyway.

        Good luck rowing and building up your back with any respectable amount of weight without a base of basic deadlift strength.
        You dont seem to realize that lower body training encompasses quite a lot of other muscles besides simply "legs". Heavy squats and deads thicken up your whole frame.

    Leg exercises also work as weighted stretches, basically. ATG hack squats, full ROM calf raises & seated leg curls inadvertently stretch your hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings & calves & improve your mobility. You're stretching & building muscle at the same time on these movements if you do them properly.
