Meditation is overall gay as hell but if your mind is racing you can focus on breathing and counting breaths.

I don't believe in meditation. Try to meditate with anxiety.

I see that you have no idea of insomnia. I accept that. Call me whatever you want because I can't sleep at night, Black person

Can't do what the body is designed to do for recuperation. I think everyone is allowed to call you a failure.

If your doctor is suggesting a sleep study, it's because they think you might have sleep apnea.
A sleep study won't get you better pills, it might actually get you off of them.
    And that's a good thing.

weed helps a person falls asleep, but reduces the quality of sleep.

studies have shown that weed, if i am not mistaken, affects the brains ability to produce the brain waves that are created during deep sleep, and essentially you do not go into rem sleep, and you feel tired all the time.

magnesium helps people fall asleep, take 600mg-3g a day.

do twenty minutes of cardio a day, if you can only do it at home, get three pound weights, a mat to protect your knees and feet, and do shadow boxing for twenty minutes while watching an anime/tv show that you only watch when you exercise, this will make exercise easier

melatonin can help people fall asleep, make sure to take it earlier in the day.

the pineal gland is responsible for producing melatonin. the brain will instead convert the chemicals into seratonin if the pineal gland detects light, paticularily blue light.

the pineal gland also detects electronic magnetic radiation as light and this will also deter its ability to produce melatonin.

thusly, i have gone into the settings of my modem and turned off the wifi, and connected all the computers in my house to ethernet.

in addition, it is advised that you purposely expose your self to complete darkness, ideally for an hour before bed time, but you can also try taking a shower during the day in complete darkness, all the lights off.

also make sure you are getting adequete levels of vitamin d and sunlight exposure, this will help to regulate your cicardian rythm.

and make sure you are aiming for proper bed times, as the cicardian rythm is important and helps to regulate alot of internal mechanisms.

As well, do not eat later then 10 pm, preferably 9pm, as this will also help you sleep, where as digesting food will keep you awake and tax your liver.

make sure you are getting enough calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, water, fibre, vitamin c, and cholesterol.

If 12.5mg ambien and 2mg Xanax don't cut it, you are a benzo addict. Taper off and watch your sleep get better.

Do you fricking think that autists on a georgian basket weaving forum know more than your doctor? Do the sleep study and listen to what your doctor says! How is this hard to grasp?
