I am so fucking sick of food.

I'm 31 and grew up in a family where we basically had anything to eat anytime we wanted. Mom could cook real well, Dad earned enough so if we wanted shit food from McFrickits or Pizza bawd it was always just a quick drive away. When I moved out I expanded my palette further by trying out basically every restaurant I could drive to and I've lived in 3 states now but have traveled to 6 others and tried foods there that weren't available in the ones I live(d) in.

And I am fricking sick of it. Everything makes me feel nauseous thinking about it. I am damn near to the point of the Blaine Sumner 'chicken shake' method where he just blends up all his frickin food to drink it instead of having to eat it. See, if I were skinny this would be easier..But I'm sitting at ~220, been maintaining/slow bulking for years from 200-220 and sometimes reach 228ish but it's just bloat weight I think. Have to consume so much god damn food to stay this size and I hate it. Love my body and strength, hate the food requirements. Everything is disgusting, I am burned out on everything.

Any anons have a solution here? Is their any wienertail of vitamins/drugs I could put myself on so that I can stop frickin eating and not just drop all my weight? Should I just do the chicken shake thing?

      I tried all the publicly posted recipes Stan has made (various Monster Mashes mostly) and idk, it's not *bad* but I can't imagine I'd get very far into it before the bland flavors become nauseating as well. I respect his take on nutrition and I don't disbelieve you, though. I have seen that same claim from many in his comment sections.

        If you alter it to include spices and low cal sauces like worchestershire and hot sauce the diet is a breeze

        Also you need to do the horizontal part of the diet too. Two 4oz servings of cranberry juice, raw carrots with your meals, 1 serving of cheese or full fat yogurt every day, a daily potato, etc. You also need to take 10 minute walks after each meal. There's more to it than just beef, rice, oranges, and chicken stock 5 times a day

      It gets boring. Food is all wonderful and delicious for a while but after 30 years, 13 of which I've been force feeding in large amounts to bulk/maintain, it is tiresome and the thought of food makes me want to vomit. 20 years from now you'll understand little buddy.

          I actually do that atm, it is one of the few ways I can get my calories and hence why I brushed on Blaine Sumner's concept of blending meats and such because I can chug shit and just suffer the upset stomach for an hour :/ I rotate white, chocolate, strawberry, sometimes caramel and chocolate caramel with the syrups. I don't think I'd hold a weight over ~180 if I was not still drinking this shit.

          I cut for BJJ a bit and in high school for wrestling but I was much smaller for this stuff and it is not hard to cut from the 150s to the 140s, I was basically a skeleton already at that weight anyway.

            why blend meat? you don't even need meat. Just blend whole milk and fruit and get all your calories that way

            don't know what that means but sounds processed and artificially sweetened. Artificial sweeteners are not good for your gut health. Could be why you have no appetite

              Sorry but the people with elite level lifts, athletic ability, physiques, and numerous awards and records all disagree with you. I'm gonna keep eating meat when I can stomach it and keep drinking any kind of milk I want. The sugars added are fine, and there's not any conclusive science otherwise besides stuff /misc/ would push because 'Muh israelites' or something.

              When/if I decide I'm done being big, I'll go eat salads and drink water. I don't want to, though. Simple as. Trying to say this as respectfully as I can btw since internet has no tone.

            You can just look up "vertical diet 2.0 pdf" and the core of his diet is available for free. No real recipes though. Just what foods to eat and the practices you should use to be healthiest. He did have a subscription service with a ton of recipes though. Not sure if it's still up
