    Congrats anon. I hit 1pl8 today too. I lost all my strength and gains and I’ve been just starting small with like 90lbs adding 5lbs here and there and idk I decided frick it I’ll see if I can still 1pl8 and I did a couple sets of 8 with it. Feels good.

      Congrats bro. Just warning you now, you’re gonna hit a major, MAJOR stalling point when you get to 185, it’s gonna feel like you’re never gonna be able to get past that for quite some time. Gonna have to eat more and up your bench frequency by a significant amount to get that 2pl8 bench

      Alright ill be aware of this. Ive been eating like 3000-4000 calories. I weigh 205. I went up from 169 in November.

        I’d expect a 93kg male lifting and bulking for 6 months to bench 75kg-100kg

          I actually just wasnt benching before. I was just doing push ups for chest. Mainly do two days a week working out cause i work a slightly strenous job. So im working out there too lifting boxes and stuff. But its different so.

          But one day is upper body day then one day lower body. Then sometimes a arm day once every ten to twelve days. I only just started working out in november. Before that i was doing physical therapy stuff and walking alot. I had some injuries and stuff. Not to go into it cause itd take a while. But also 190 200 is my main body weight anyways. I lost about 30 pounds of fat walking like i said. Then when i started working out in November when the therapy ended. I just stopped walking all the time and lifting and doing workouts. Mainly two times a week cause of the job.

        you probably won't listen but bulking as a natty is a slow and delicate process, you only need 200-400 kcal of surplus, not fricking 2000. not to mention you don't need to bulk to gain muscle in the first place. you are already a fat frick, so stop before you regret it.

                I'm 145 and prob like 18-20 bf% and i do 1pl8 for 4x4, and have only been lifting for like 2.5 months. My buddy who is 200 and 25% bf benches like 190.

      I never stalled up to 2 plates (4x10). Trained twice per week, 4 sets of 10 each time, increased one set by 2.5kg each time. You can go from 1 to 2 plates for 4x10 that way in like 7 months. This mogs 99% of men in any age group.
