Imagine not being able to tolerate 20 minutes a day.

      >20 minutes a day
Constantly being hungry is a 24/7 effort.

You are doing something wrong if you feel hungry 24/7. Thats not what being fit is about.

Bro once you get past January 14th (you fricking newbie) you need a lot more than 20 minutes per day.

20 minutes on the bike is all it takes. 20 minute jog is all it takes. Fit and Rich Piana are two different things entirely.

i just surpassed my 2 year mark. throughout the past two years, there was numerous points where i wondered if i was moronic and/or embarrassed for investing so much into a home gym and time into looking fit despite looking dyel.

Let me tell you, something happened around the 2 year mark. I just feel like i grew and the problem areas that refused to grow/was embarrassed of actually blew the frick up.

It was worth it dude. I say, assume it's worth the wait until the 2 year mark and assess your progress

Time is speeding up, don't you feel it? What used to take a decade now feels like a year. Its 2023 next week, it was 2007 a month ago.

I feel you brother. Been lifting for 6 months and I'm still not happy with the progress. Im constantly scared that im training sub-optimal and leaving gains on the table. All I can do is trust the process.
