I cannot, just CANNOT believe you're still fricking around, wasting 3-5 times the time to get my same results (or worse).
Even best Jeff is on my side:
You're against science, at this point, with your moronic 2 hour sessions.

all that to look like a twink bottom? I’ll stick to chopping firewood
You can chop my wood anytime. 😉
gay ass homie
>all that
All that?? It's 60-90 minutes PER WEEK. Just
10 weekly sets per body part.
30 sets in total for the entire week.
How fricking lazy are you?
yawn
bitches love twink bottoms, im sorry lumberjack bear
Literally chopping wood is the number one human activity at burning calories per hour, followed by freediving.
based workout ngl
I was at the gym for 2.5 hours yesterday
I did like 5 exercises total
Blow me op
Congrats for wasting 3x the time a smart individual would've spent to get your same results (or better)...?
Weird flex.
Based. Welcome on the smart side.
No. It's buy a home gym, save a lot of money after the first few months, lift whenever the frick you want (without needing to take the car and consume gas and without having to interact with rude or pajeet gymgoers).
>more time in my room doing nothing?
That's your problem. We're not all devoid of stuff to do, to study, to create, etc. Don't brag about your worthlessness.
Lots of weird flexes ITT.
What? You want me to buy a home gym just to do three distinct exercises a week and also not go to the gym and lift with my friends anymore? You are so gay dude lmfao
Post your physique with timestamp if this program has been working so well for you
>N-nooo I have to keep paying Mr. Shekelberg for his gym membership so I can lift next to other people and pretend in my head they're my friends
You do you, little buddy. I'll keep hopping on the bench in my bedroom whenever I want, lift efficiently, be done in 20 minutes and get the same results you're getting while wasting 2-3 hours total (counting the trip to and from the gym).
We can't all be winners, people like you are also needed. Who would we mog otherwise?
I noticed you forgot to post body again. Nice troll thread homosexual, no one is going to fall for your worthless gains goblin """ program"""
post body
I'm not the one shilling a controversial (and moronic in my personal opinion) new idea. If your program is so great, show us what it has done for you. Of course, you won't post a pic, because you're a fat chink making troll threads
>gains goblin """ program"""
Best Jeff and science are on my side, gayet.
Let's see your side. Show me the studies that say you MUST do a dozen exercises in 2 hour sessions to have gains. Show them.
Oh, you can't because they don't exist? Oh no... looks like you've been knowledge mogged again.
Post body, homosexual. Let's see what your moronic waste of time built.
Yawn. Drink bleach
post body
>controversial
Only for ignorant mongoloids. Every study on the subject shows that I'm right. The matter is settled. See the studies analyzed in OP video.
Also, post body
>NO U POST BODY
>NO U POST BODY
You don't even lift. 5/10 troll thread though for getting me to reply so many times
post body
I hope you drive a bullet through your skull you insufferable fat c**t. Thread saged.
the seething is delicious
>I have literature from sports and nutrion scientists at home.
And you still can't solve such a simple problem? Minimalistic lifting has been extensively studied.
>b-but OP's pic is hearsay
Why do you keep ignoring the studies examined in the video? They're legitimate studies which tackle exactly the issue you want to know more about.
>b-but muh y-youtube p-personality
Best Jeff doesn't make a study not valid simply by talking about it. Your attitude makes no sense.

after spending a year and a half doing Stronglifts and another year doing PPL i am giving up the complex and time consuming routines and going for something like this. feelsgoodman
Remember to do your cardio king. Welcome.
Cardio is inherently anti-minimalism. It requiresway too much time. Even HIIT.
150 lbs more or less.
What? Go to the gym, do one exercise, and go home?
Why would I want to spend less time in the gym and more time in my room doing nothing? I'll keep my 1.5 hour gym sessions, thanks
You forgot to post body
Looks really interesting. Could you post body w/ timestamp for a refernce, please? The exmples in the infographic are professional pictures (and I think I remember they were reached by following different routines), I want to know how a follower of the minimal program looks without perfect photographic conditions.
It's funnier if he doesn't. The seethe is off the charts.
We all know minimalism works btw, we knew it even before le epic science proved it, look up Dorian Yates. The dude did something like 5 sets per muscle per week.
I want to be educated, not amused. Could any follower of such a minimalist routine please post body /w a timestamp, so I can reevaluate my current workout regime?
>I want to be educated
The video in the OP examines several relevant studies on the subject and the conclusion is that a minimalistic approach works, in the sense that just 10 sets per muscle group per week are going to give you 90% of the same results of 30-50 sets, so high volume is mostly a waste of time. Also, it greatly increases the risk of injury and recovery time.
I'd say this is more educational than a picture that wouldn't tell you if the person's diet is on point or not, how long they've actually been lifting, and if they've actually been following a certain program.
Thanks, but thats not what I have asked for. Youtube personalities dont have scientific authority in my eyes, and I dont have the time to work me through the cited sources. I just need a body shot with timestamp.
You might think you sound intelligent by saying shit like this but what you're saying is "rather than scientific studies, I prefer to just look at the half naked body of a stranger on the internet and trust his word".
Studies don't lose their validity when they're examined by a "youtube personality". Your approach is downright stupid.
I have literature from sports and nutrion scientists at home.
Right now OPs pic related is exactly
>"rather than scientific studies, I prefer to just look at the half naked body of a stranger on the internet and trust his word".
but even worse, as those pictures were made of people not following the routine that is shilled with them.
So I need the, clearly anecdotal, exaple of a person that really follows this routine.
As it is science based as you claim, it should be a significant amount of well-read lifters, that do so, and someone should have the balls to post his pic with a timestamp.
Otherwise I assume that no one, even less with a respectable physique, is following this program.
>As it is science based as you claim, it should be a significant amount of well-read lifters, that do so
There were plenty of professional bodybuilders who used a minimalistic style and got amazing results.
>my current workout regime?
Post routine and we'll evaluate the shit out of it.
>5 sets
>2 to 3 min rest
>10-15 min total
>calling other people moronic
Since the person who made the pic is actually the one who is moronic, I'll explain, the rests alone are 10-15 min
Dips would be 10x better as a minimalist exercise
Also bulgarian split squats instead of BB squats
Dyel?
How much should you weigh if you wanna be lean like OP pic if you are 6ft?
post body then ape, All the people you posted got those bodies not using your routine moron.
Post body then lmao. None of those guys got their body doing your meme routine.
Minimalbros, will we ever get tired of winning?
Not once I meet someone who looks great and doesn’t do a bro split
Almost as if people respond to exercise differently, I’m glad you can grow fricking around for 10 minutes a day but I need to grind ppl 6 times a week to be in any sort of shape at all. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
probably works if you're juicing like all the people shilling this shit.
Minimal routines are fine for maintaining size and strength once you have it (or if you're like me and have overuse injuries that need room to heal) but they won't take a dyel to a ISTizen. And also your picrel is missing hinges and loaded carries- and not one of those bodies benches a respectable amount. Better to do:
>OHP + Dips
>Pull-Up + Curls
>Squat + RDL
>Farmer's Walk once or twice a week when you feel like it
If you want a minimal path to a balanced physique.
Or (and this is probably the best way to do it) run a program like Dan John's easy strength for the few weeks it takes you to get bored of minimal training. At least you'll have bigger numbers to show for it at the end instead of the same old infographic and no body to back it up.
Reminder that the OP from that thread doesn't lift and didn't actually do this
This looks more like the kind of thing that you would do to maintain the body you already have rather than developing it from DYEL-state.
You could do this workout three times per week and get more gains out of it than the way you do it.
>Jeff NIPPAH
Lol there have also been studies that show 30 sets to give you 1/3rd more of gains than 20! as a trained athlete. If you wanna get anywhere with your physique you HAVE to increase the volume. You can't train with the same volume as a beginner.
