      I hit the weights nowadays but I don't seem to progress. I try to do bro split 12x4.

            What the frick do you mean? 12x4 isn’t a routine you dumbfrick, post what lifts you do on every day of the week. Anyone who is serious has their routine written down somewhere. Also it’s 4x12 not 12x4, you put the number of sets before the reps.

                Here. The angle hides the love handles a lot, I have like a good inch of fat on both sides that wrecks the v taper, though some anons said my frame has a good basis.

                My plan is to bulk at least through to the end of the year whilst hitting arms, shoulders, neck and abs with extra attention, then cut for summer of 2024.

                Not bad for 2 years. If you spend a year sticking to a routine you could look really good.

                If you don't have a plan and don't understand what you're doing, then you're not trying and you're not going to make progress. Not to mention you haven't even posted what you're eating.
                I'm concerned you've done this for 7 years and didn't consider getting advice from anybody for developing a basic plan. I was that fricking stupid at one point, but I learned like a month later the right way to do things, not seven years.

        Just do starting strength. I spun my wheels with a bunch of routines like you and then I just did starting strength started from the bar ezpz gains on the big 4 lifts and gained a frickload of weight, and then I could actually train bodybuilding style cause I had a base.

        Then you should be at the point where you have a solid routine that you follow. Post that routine. Also if you are desperate then you should also be counting calories and macros. Post your diet plan. Then if you really are desperate you will post your body so we can see what progress you have made.

    OP is a gay, but I kind of have a similar situation. I first started dicking around in 2018, tho I didn't take it seriously. I did lower upper split 2x a week for my first real year (2019) and gained a good 20lbs of mostly muscle, then covid happened (2020) so I was stuck doing pushups and gained mostly fat. Then I did a year of mma (2021-2022) during which I didn't manage to gain any muscle (rather I cut close to 20lbs). Started the same split again from mid 2022-now. Still err on the side of dyel, although some people in cbt said that I have the basis for a great body.

    2018-2023, of which only about 2-2.5 years was spent doing real lifting. Frick, but I guess it's okay. My body is close to where I want it, I'm gonna make it no matter what.

            I'm pretty consistent with training actually, but with my luck, I get screwed by random life stuff. I think this'll be my year tho, I'm working out harder than ever.

            Why do you say that anon? I'm actually very grateful for my hair, perfect and hasn't moved since high school for the past 4.5 years. If I got lucky with the genes based on my family, I might not have any significant loss till my 30s, or even a little later.

    i just need to look at wieghts and I put on muscle, its almost comical,

    do a few light sets 10 reps 3 x 15 kg and it looks like some one put a pump im my muscle.

    I also keep it for ages not work out.
    an if I do loose a bit easy to get back
