I cannot understate just how much better my life is without this shit. >better gains. >much better productivity

I cannot understate just how much better my life is without this shit.

>better gains
>much better productivity
>mental clarity that makes me cringe at my past alcoholic behavior
>no anxiety or depression anymore

I miss being drunk but I don't miss the hangovers and heightened anxiety for days aterward.

I have noticed no difference other than life seeming far bleaker.

Do you not have real hobbies?

I started playing guitar again then stopped. Everything is far worse than it was 10 years ago and it is only going to get worse. Under obama he said no increased taxes up to $250k/yr. Now they say $400k/yr. Meaning $400k/yr is now what $250k/yr was 10 years ago. No matter what you do you will always be poor because they just keep debasing the currency and increasing taxes.

Have you tried leaving the US?

The us has the world reserve currency. It is even worse everywhere else. Yuropoors can't even afford to have a car and a gayming pc. The united states outsources it's inflation to other countries through bonds. Other currencies are backed by US bonds. The US prints money and debases this then via the cantillon effect the rich get all the value out of it then the proles then the states dumb enough to back their currency with us bonds. This kenysian economic scam won't end until the entire world faces complete economic collapse. And even then they will just default and then come out with another fiat and do it all over again. The last place that tried to have real money was Libya. And we all know what happened to them. No I will just do the absolute minimum possible for work, life in a cheap rural area, homeschool my kids, and scam the us government and avoid taxes as best I can.

I like getting shitfaced every now and then and of course I don't always feel great afterwards but I think many people are just pussies. Just because you feel bad doesn't mean you can't get shit done.

Never understood the degenerates who can't enjoy alcohol without getting drunk.

      Problem?

You meant to say overstate. "I cannot overstate how much better my life is" means the improvement to your life is so large that nothing you say will be exaggeration. "I cannot understate" would mean the opposite.

I remember seeing my father very drunk one night and it was very unbecoming of him so I never drank
Drugs in general make people irritating. Especially weed, which is heavily consumed in my country.
I wish those of you trying to quit substances the best of luck. You don't need them.

Based. Same here anon. I’m happy for anyone that can drink and handle it or anyone who decides they can’t be healthy with it in their life.

Haven't had a drink since the new year. My endurance and strength are at the best they've ever been, I increased my workouts and still feel like I could do more.

My eating habits have improved enormously, my glycemic control is hugely better, I'm dropping excess pounds and my emotional control is devoid of the fog and consistent low mood of drinking regularly.

I'm going to drink again on my birthday next month but I'm really going cold turkey again after. Life is just so much better this way.

our generation is rediscovering moderation, which is historically a few drinks a week max, maybe more on a birthday or Christmas
