don't put anything on your scalp other than warm water in the shower for a month. Just a strong finger tip massage in the shower and that's it. It will clear up.
>moron sv3rige watching cultists suggesting "wash your hair with water"
No fricking shit I never thought of that. You ever think people look for solutions BECAUSE the le nature solution didn't work?
Doesn't work, tried both. Washing your hair with only water just makes the fungi shit build up and shaving completely, while a minor help, does not stop the growth
When I only used water, my hair kept feeling like its wet afterwards while still being pretty greasy and having more flakes. Is that normal at the start?
>my hair kept feeling like its wet afterwards while still being pretty greasy and having more flakes
I know what you mean, I remember my hair being like that sometimes after no shampooing. It should go away in a few days. It's because your hair isn't "coated" well with your own oils yet, is kind of "absorbent" atm, moisture gets stuck. Going outside in the wind and sun helped mine, drying out the hair gently like that is a good fix. Also sleeping more and generally living healthy makes your hair get into "balance" faster. Shampoos and other products "hide" your problems, not using them show your actual health more so be healthy to look healthy. Greasiness might be because of stress, poor diet and lack of sleep too.
you dont think i tried that dipshit. ive been to dermatologists all my life and they always prescribe me the same overpriced fricking shampoos / remedies and it never goes away
Here's my shitty skin
It's on both arms and all over my torso
It got really bad because I didn't see a doctor for about a year after it started appearing
I had pityriasis rosea on my chest, looked very similar. Its the natural fungus on human skin getting jacked up, i used a shampoo with some ingredient (acid something?) for a couple of weeks and it went away.
Try eliminating foods from your diet and see what happens. In my case, I found when I stopped eating eggs my symptoms went away after a week.
also, tea tree anti septic cream helped bring down inflammation on my face
I've gotten rid of dandruff with vinegar. 50/50 diluted with water and leave it on your scalp for a few minutes. Burns like shit the first few times but now I'm golden.
Also acts as a conditioner but you don't need nearly as much to get that effect.
fricking this. i had nizoral prescribed like 20 years ago and it basically fixed that shit for good. i use some zinc shampoo a couple times a week and some otc nizoral maybe once a month if that just for good measure. i also rub that zinc shit all over my body now and then. gotta get dem zincs.
nizoral is good for normal dandruff. This genetic defective has psoriasis which you can see on his arm as well. He's fricked. The skin turns over once a week instead of once of a month. There's no "cure" unless you can hack his genome.
A lot of things are genetic defects. The problem with skin conditions is that little is truly understood about them. Big pharma has no interest in curing things when selling life long treatments is more profitable.
Isn't there something that causes the psoriasis to appear ? something he is eating probably? one of the first things an actual dermatologist does is the elimination diet
Nah, not guaranteed. I shave my head with razor, but when I scratch it with nails there is some layer of fat and skin under them and I suspect this fat feeds fungus and this causes seborrheic dermatitis
I personally didn't go to a dermatologist but rather a rheumatologist
it is an autoimmune thing after all
my doctor put me on methotrexate and cyclosporine, also gave me xamiol gel and clobex shampoo for limbs and scalp
I also had to get my blood tested regularly because these meds could shut down my liver or something
worked wonders for me, everything basically disappeared
I’m going to tell you how to cure it.
First shave your head to a buzz cut, second buy psoriasis mg217 shampoo and ointment, use both products till they finish. Every day for the next 6 months you are going to rub a small dime size of coconut oil on your head. Also you can never grow your hair out long again or I will come back. And most importantly you want your head to be in the sun as much as possible.
sun and salt water
also, this stuff called working hands cured me and my dads psoraisis on fingers and hands.
rub a tiny amount of it into red areas. if it stings, you know its working
the only thing that got rid of the dandruff for me was T Gel shampoo by Neutrogena, none of the other shit worked, but now my hair looks dry and damaged af.
What works for me is daily combing 2-3 times a day. Enough to massage your scalp but not enough force that you’re scraping too hard. It gets the flakes off and increases blood flow. If I stop for a couple of weeks it comes back
I've been suffering with this shit for 4 years as well OP. I suddenly got really bad dandruff and then it just developed into this life condition. The entire top of my head is fricked, luckily I have none on my face, though I fear it could spread.
I've been to 3 different derms and a trichologist. I've had several biopsies done and am diagnosed with Sebhorreic Dermatitis. I've tried all of the medicinal shampoo with; coal tar, ketoconazole, salicylic acid, selenium sulfide, tea tree oil, zinc pyrithione over about 20 different brands with different combinations. Tried to use an exfoliating brush, hair steamer, mct oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and several other anti-fungal treatments.
I also tried using steroids and that made it worse, gave me terrible acne where applied. And those can only be used sparingly.
The only thing that has somewhat helped is taking a small dose of accutane. I'm on 20mg daily and it's made things bearable. My skin was really oily before and seb derm is an autoimmune reaction of bacteria on your skin feeding on that oil production,so it's not unmanageable anymore. When it does get really bad, my hair thins and it drives me crazy.
I'm thinking about doing a 1 week fast and seeing what happens, I believe it could also be tied to gut health since mine seems to get worse when I have a lot of sugar. It's just hard to work that long whilst fasting without feeling out of it. I'm also going to call into my doctor and get tested for "leaky gut".
The good news is that I think a decent treatment is actually just around the corner. Look up "arq-154". It's finishing it's clinical trails and is suppose to come out this year if not early next year. The trails look really promising with it clearing up most patients without any negative side effect.
No problem bro. If you haven't already, get blood tests and have a dermatologist do a skin biopsy. These conditions can look really similar or can be the result of other health issues manifesting. It could be seb derm, psoriasis, demodex mites, eczema or something entirely different.
Also, don't put coconut oil on your scalp like some other anons said. It feeds malassezia which is possibly causing the auto immune reaction.
Going no-shampoo is also a bad idea since seb derm worsens if not exfoliated and cleaned. Any medicated shampoo should be used every single day for 1-2 weeks, leaving it on your head and massaged in for 5-10 minutes minimum to see if it has an effect. Then used once a week to maintain.
At the same time, every time you use a harsh shampoo, it strips your natural oils and causing your scalp to become over-active. So that should only be used initially when starting treatment. Otherwise, shampooing 1-2 times a week with exfoliating brush and then just rinsing off every other morning with cold water and a salt scrub (I like dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Scalp Scrub) helps.
That's what I'm doing right now. Then I use Tardan for my shampooing. I swear the bacteria on your scalp becomes conditioned to anti-fungal treatments though. Something can work decent for months, and then stop and you need to use something with another active ingredient for a little while.
>I'm thinking about doing a 1 week fast and seeing what happens, I believe it could also be tied to gut health since mine seems to get worse when I have a lot of sugar. It's just hard to work that long whilst fasting without feeling out of it. I'm also going to call into my doctor and get tested for "leaky gut".
irritated scalp. gotta let the natural oils repair it. refrain from showering your hair too often and when you do, use cold water and no shampoo. look into a restoring all natural conditioner or hair mask
Here's my shitty skin
It's on both arms and all over my torso
It got really bad because I didn't see a doctor for about a year after it started appearing
skip the carbs and seed oils my friend. stick to fruits and meats, Use tallow. you're welcome
This will sound like some moronic advice but you're already out of options so this can't hurt any more than trash state you're in right now.
Consider going to an African dermatologist. As in, a dermatologist that is also black. African. Black.
You could have a fungal infection that looks like psioriasis and because white doctors aren't exposed to it they don't know how to fricking treat it. Did you ever even get a skin sample taken? This type of shit is actually a thing for black people and white doctors are almost never capable of detecting it because they're simply not trained or aware that it even exists.
>Consider going to an African dermatologist. As in, a dermatologist that is also black. African. Black.
Link to name of this affliction. And don't tell me it doesn't have one even it's treated by illiterate African witch doctors.
Here's my shitty skin
It's on both arms and all over my torso
It got really bad because I didn't see a doctor for about a year after it started appearing
Here's my shitty skin
It's on both arms and all over my torso
It got really bad because I didn't see a doctor for about a year after it started appearing is fungal
Again: if this is not African voodoo it has a specific name that can be Googled. It's medical name is not "fungal infection".
>Doc, can you be more specific? >I dunno. Jock itch... yeast infection... this shit on your head. Just pack your pistol and bullet proof vest and hit your local black beauty products store and tell them you got a fungal infection.
This happens to me because of hard water where I live. Ever since I moved in I've been getting dry skin around my nose, and scalp in the same spot you have it as well as where my hair is just above my forehead. Whenever I go on vacation it clears up instantly, but after two showers back home it comes back. Try a water softener/filter system or just try showering somewhere else for a bit and see.
told that homosexual OP to use this way above, literally tried like 4 dandruff shampoos and its the only one that worked, but it makes my hair look super damaged
looks like sebderm to me, possible localized scalp psoriasis.
Neutrogena TSal or Tgel Shampoo or Head N sHoulders leave in 5-7 mins then wash off until scalp is controlled then use 1-2 times per week for maintenance.
It's seborrheic dermatitis. I have the same shit, tried every thing.
Then some dude somewhere recommended head n shoulders anti dandruff and voila it works.
Just massage it good in and leave it 5 minutesish on.
The least expected worked the best for me.
stop jerking off u fricking morons. its that simple.
you are literally having autoimmune and hormonal problems from draining your life sources away by cooming every day.
Its seborrheic dermatitis if it only affects the scalps (possibly nose, ears, chest), not the same as psoriasis. Its believed to be an immune response to the normal "skinfungus" malassezia (yeast). Its harmless and might disappear with age. Usually gets better in the summer.
The only thing that "works" is anti-fungal schampoo regularly to get rid of the fungi OR use corticosteroid creams, but the second one is only for highly temporary uses to hinder the inflammation, like for a wedding or some really important event.
This no-schampoo/buzzcut business is crap althought no schampoo might bring other benefits.
I think I used some styling gel with strong chemicals when I was a kid and from then on I've allways had that skin problem.
If you shower everyday you get less of that.
the longer you spend without washing your head the greasy the skin gets (wich is counter intuitive because the dead skin looks like dry skin)
not clearing up the shampoo to an insane level of 99999% any trace of leftover shampoo will leave the skin with a really bad reaction after getting dry
most shampoos have chemicals, there was one called jonhsons baby, for newborns, wich has little to no chemicals, with that shampoo the problem almost stoped for me.
sometimes if i cant find that baby shampoo, blue and white soap, (vintage style one) seems to work fine too. leaves the skin a bit dry at first and later on the skin will try to produce natural grease, it will overdo and become too greasy and the problem will come up again but if you don't wait more than 2,3 days tops to wash your head, it will be fine. 3 days is a pretty insane long time anyway.
avoid too much grease or too many chemicals.
also GF touching my hair constantly i will have to shower.
for any reason, the natural skin grease (that makes the skin soft instead of cracked dry) will make it worse. touching the air a lot will make the skin problem come up faster bettween showers.
i've also had it to a much lower extent in my beard, stache, and in my hands when they got really dry in the summer.
this year ive been trying out blue and white vintage natural soap from old times, people like my grandparents only had this soap, seems to work fine.
Supplement with vitamin D, it tends to help. Wash your head with cold water and don't leave whatever shampoo you're using actually take effect, apply and rinse right away almost. These worked for me.
Get an anti-fungal shampoo. Here in bongland there's one called Nizoral which is available without prescription really helps with this. You probably have an equivalent wherever you are.
psoriasis and scalp issues are often linked to diet. It's a huge pain in the ass, but do the whole 30 diet. It's an elimination diet for 30 days that is designed to eliminate every single food type that could cause any issue. I would expect that you would see an improvement after the 30 days. At that point you can either keep going, or follow the re-introduction instructions for foods one at a time.
The diet is more restrictive than anything you'll see here, but it'll probably do the trick. Follow a pre-made whole 30 meal plan ideas. It's absent of a lot of the staples people are used to, so many people have trouble figuring out what meals they actually _can_ eat. I hope you like stew, because you're getting stew.
i have the cure for scalp and beard dandruff, will probably work for you. this is caused by overgrowth of yeast. mix 4:1 apple cider vinegar with water and rinse your scalp and face, this will help lower the ph of your skin so bad microbes have a harder time growing. Mix a few drops of an essential oil (i use rose mary oil there are probably others) with MCT oil and apply it to your scalp and face with an eye dropper. MCT oil is great for moisterizing and stifling growth of bad microbes, but rose mary oil really kills the yeast biofilm. other essential oils probably have the same effect as rose mary oil is stinky. You should see the red, bumpy bio film die and flake off, revealing your actual skin. apply the MCT oil and rosemary mix as needed, maybe 3 time per week
dont listen to this guy, he has no idea what he's talking about. acv can further irritate your skin due to polyphenols and other allergens. "bad microbes" bro its an overgrowth of native skin yeast, not "bad microbes". "lowers the ph of your skin" are you actually moronic? your skin does not have a uniform ph, neither do the cells that make up your skin. and you want those cells to maintain their native ph. but i digress. "red, bumpy biofilm" my dude the skin is red due to inflammation not a biofilm. you are actually moronic please never give medical advice. stick to the hippy communes that believe your naturopathic doctorate bullshit and let the professionals help people. homosexual
my advice is what works. if derm clinics gave people cures for their problems they would be out of business, if OP wants to waste his money on a skin cream subscription that barely works he can do that. skin is suppose to be slightly acidic, modern soaps will raise the ph causing problems so an apple cider rinse can help correct the problem. i have dealt with this problem for over a decade and have way more first hand experience than some intern at a clinic
ah yes I am motivated by money and not improving people's lives. oh you have a melanoma? try some apple cider vinegar and lavender oil. no i will not surgically cut it out because i want to make money off of you and see you die of metastasis in a year.
you might actually be the most moronic person i've ever had the pleasure of interacting with online
the pharma industry is in fact motivated by money, im not saying you are necessarily. you are probably just a kid that recently got out of school and doesnt know any better. you arent ready to go back and question your education because of how much time and money youve invested in it
i gave the solution. i was stuck with it for so long because i was listening to doctors and using shit like nizoral. I had to go out of my way to do my own research and self experiment. theoretically the root of the problem is diet, but its hard to not eat processed foods and carbs for ever. correcting skin ph and managing the microscopic eco system on your skin with mct oil and essential oils is the most practical solution.
>Hey if you work in a derm clinic then tell me if doctors are discouraged from mentioning rx coupons to patients.
They're not discouraged, they just don't remember to mention it.
I've noticed my dandruff gets worse if I eat a lot of sugar. Try cutting out sugar and easily metabolized carbs from your diet. You want to maintain a low blood sugar. IDK why high blood sugar levels make dandruff grow but it does.
While we are on the topic of hair, is there anything you can do to replace some of the lost oils after shampooing your hair? My hair looks the best 3 days after I shampoo but then it gets too greasy after that and I have to wash it again and it looks like dry frizzy mess.
You ever consider moving to an environment that isn't 100% humidity? Fungi and mould thrive in those climates, and eventually begin festering on people's bodies. If you live in an area that is getting more rain, floods and humidity...Get the frick out of there, it'll only get worse.
i suggest a dry mediterranean sea side type of climate, go to the closest equivalent near you.
The only way I cleared mine up was to completely cut out all grains and processed foods. Sucked ass only eating meats, fruits and veggies, but it worked. Also don’t use any shampoos or soaps either. When it flashes up, scrape it off with a comb, but only the superficial stuff, don’t scrape too hard. Good luck anon
He needs something to treat the symptoms now and reduce the inflammation and irritation but friend its almost definitely your diet causing this issue. Rashes and skin issues are almost always an auto-immune underlying cause.
You are eating something that is fricking you 100% probably multiple things and even when you remove the problem it will be hard to know because it will generally take a few weeks to see the changes.
See a doctor. I had dandruff very bad growing up and the doc gave me a prescription strength shampoo. Worked wonders. Also dont itch your scalp and avoid anything that will further dry it out.
Tea tree oil. The small ass bottles. Stop washing your hair 3 times a day. Water is fine but use something like T-Gel. I assume you live in a real country so there should be something generic that's just like it. Brush your scalp when dry. All over. Also try coal tar soap. Look this shit up and stop being a gay.
You use that shit you put in your hair to stall balding? I couldn't use that without getting dandruff like yours. Norizal was enough for me after quitting that
Have you tried water fasting? Clears up infections, which you clearly have. I'd recommend you try 7 days of only water + salt & magnesium for electrolytes
I tried almost everything: the only three things that helped are cold showers, sea water and ketoconzole 2%.
It will never go away but this makes it manageable.
So I have a tendency to get a haircut and then let it grow out for a while so I'll maybe get a haircut every 3 months or so. And, right when it's fresh cut is when my scalp is super sensitive. Itching, burning, chaffing, dandruff, etc. Then after a few weeks it all goes away. What the frick.
You look like you have psoriasis, OP. My dad has this. It went away when he went on keto to lose weight, not even shitting you. If he eats over a certain level of carbs, it slowly starts to reappear but it pretty much goes away if he keeps his carb intake minimal
probably fried all the protein from your hair, and also removed moisture. It's a balancing act.
I would suggest moisturizing your hair with gels made from seeds such as oats or chia seed, you will get some protein, and you can lock in some moisture adding aloe vera gel, or vegetable glycerin.
Avoid commercial products as they may contain sugar alcohols which may feed the bacteria in the process of hydrating your hair. Your best bet is just to make a bowl of oat and chia once a week, save the gel by sifting it, and buy a bottle of 100% pure aloe vera gel.
Had bad dandruff most my life. Now I use a dandruff specific shampoo but only twice a week, conditioner every time that's specific for hydrating. No problems since
Everyone is giving you solutions along the same lines so I'll give you something different. This is an exfoliating scrub like the one you would use on your face but for your scalp. No lie I used it once and it was like I never had dandruff. When I ruffled my hair with my hand it was like a snow storm and after using once there wasn't a single flake. I use it twice a week and it's worked well so far. I would reccomend it if nothing else in this thread works for you.
>with BHAs and natural sugars
advising someone who may have a fungal infection to scrub their scalp with sugar is probably not a good idea. We don't know yet exactly what causes his, we haven't taken a culture, so I would recommend against adding food for the fungi.
However AHAs and BHAs are known to be potent skin exfoliators which help remove excess sebum when used on the face.
Personally, I would recommend trying acids on dermatitis such as mandelic or azelaic, avoiding glycolic which as the name suggests is derived from glycogen, ie sugars/carbs.
OP I would tell you to buy yourself a little 30ml bottle of azelaic or mandelic acid and apply topically for a while. I would even try citric too. I think acids can fare far better against bacteria/fungi second next to anti-parasitics such as ketoconazole and fluconazole.
OP I went to the dermatologist literally 2 weeks ago and I've struggled with psoriasis on my scalp all my life so I know the struggle. Now in Australia its prescription only but its called Novasone (it has to be the lotion). It wont 'cure' it but it makes it go away for a bit but it will come back, you just reapply. Unfortunately there is no real cure for it.
don't put anything on your scalp other than warm water in the shower for a month. Just a strong finger tip massage in the shower and that's it. It will clear up.
op, dumb ass, listen
>moron sv3rige watching cultists suggesting "wash your hair with water"
No fricking shit I never thought of that. You ever think people look for solutions BECAUSE the le nature solution didn't work?
>t. doesn't eat raw meat
moronic slave.
Doesn't work, tried both. Washing your hair with only water just makes the fungi shit build up and shaving completely, while a minor help, does not stop the growth
When I only used water, my hair kept feeling like its wet afterwards while still being pretty greasy and having more flakes. Is that normal at the start?
The scalp will begin to secrete it's own balanced oil once it is no longer under attack.
>my hair kept feeling like its wet afterwards while still being pretty greasy and having more flakes

shut the frick up you dumb c**t.
you don't want to use even warm water on scalp or face, shit will give me flakes immediately.
cold water > warm water for this sort of thing. the warm water will dry you out bruh
This. If hot water does half of what it did to my hands as a dishwasher to your scalp, you'll be fricked
You probably need to go to the doctor
you dont think i tried that dipshit. ive been to dermatologists all my life and they always prescribe me the same overpriced fricking shampoos / remedies and it never goes away
Why ask for help you frick
Have you even tried changing your shower head
It's probably what you're eating, try the AIP diet.
>Shampoo
But it's also on your arm
I've got something kinda like that, tinea versicolor
My doctor gave me oral medication
Here's my shitty skin
It's on both arms and all over my torso
It got really bad because I didn't see a doctor for about a year after it started appearing
Let me guess, America?
I had pityriasis rosea on my chest, looked very similar. Its the natural fungus on human skin getting jacked up, i used a shampoo with some ingredient (acid something?) for a couple of weeks and it went away.

take the no shampoo pill, shit is literally toxic chemicals
nizoral 2% fixed my dandruff
take it 2x a week for 8 weeks and leave in hair for 5min

Just go full bald. It works
Nah, not guaranteed. I shave my head with razor, but when I scratch it with nails there is some layer of fat and skin under them and I suspect this fat feeds fungus and this causes seborrheic dermatitis
psoriasis?
yeah, you better treat that, because it's here to stay
I personally didn't go to a dermatologist but rather a rheumatologist
it is an autoimmune thing after all
my doctor put me on methotrexate and cyclosporine, also gave me xamiol gel and clobex shampoo for limbs and scalp
I also had to get my blood tested regularly because these meds could shut down my liver or something
worked wonders for me, everything basically disappeared
there has to be a fricking way to get rid of it. i cant just keep getting buzzcuts and buying expensive shampoos for the rest of my life homie
it can go away, but you can never truly cure it in the sense that you can't stop potential flare ups from happening
diet, exercise, sleep, stress and all that
also use lotion
seriously, try talking to a rheumatologist if a dermatologist has diagnosed it as psoriasis
what even causes it. it just appeared when i was 12 and literally not 1 other person in my family or extended family has this condition
it's an autoimmune disease
so usually genetics
I’m going to tell you how to cure it.
First shave your head to a buzz cut, second buy psoriasis mg217 shampoo and ointment, use both products till they finish. sun and salt water

I have a bunch of that shit. I like it
how often do you wash your hair? try like once or twice a week you could be drying out yours scalp but I have no idea
like dont even put your hair under hot water
It might be your water, OP. Hard water and high chlorine levels can do this. Try a showerhead filter.
What the frick?
the only thing that got rid of the dandruff for me was T Gel shampoo by Neutrogena, none of the other shit worked, but now my hair looks dry and damaged af.
Tian ma gou teng yin
I know it sounds nuts, its the name of a Chinese traditional formula you can find on Amazon. It helps with issues like this.
frick "help" i need a cure
What works for me is daily combing 2-3 times a day. Enough to massage your scalp but not enough force that you’re scraping too hard. It gets the flakes off and increases blood flow. If I stop for a couple of weeks it comes back
try some nizoral homie goddamn
fasting is the only thing that got rid of it for me, then keto/carivore diet kept it gone. if i hit carbs or sugar it comes back with a vengeance.

thank you so much for this post man and good luck with your condition
No problem bro. If you haven't already, get blood tests and have a dermatologist do a skin biopsy. These conditions can look really similar or can be the result of other health issues manifesting. It could be seb derm, psoriasis, demodex mites, eczema or something entirely different.

Its the food its always the food
very true. I had a similar problem to OP, went carnivore and it resolved itself in about a week or so. Its always the food.
irritated scalp. gotta let the natural oils repair it. refrain from showering your hair too often and when you do, use cold water and no shampoo. look into a restoring all natural conditioner or hair mask
Nizoral
Anyone know whats going on with my skin?
Note This comes as flair ups
Looks like an allergic reaction to me. I get similar ones around cat scratches.
try cutting out all plants/dairy for a month, bet anything your condition disappears
Who are these qts?
You are either having an allergic reaction or being devoured by fleas/bedbugs
aids and nerve gas
skip the carbs and seed oils my friend. stick to fruits and meats, Use tallow. you're welcome
Not him but this
is fungal
>Not him but this
Here's my shitty skin
It's on both arms and all over my torso
It got really bad because I didn't see a doctor for about a year after it started appearing is fungal
Again: if this is not African voodoo it has a specific name that can be Googled. It's medical name is not "fungal infection".
>Doc, can you be more specific?
>I dunno. Jock itch... yeast infection... this shit on your head. Just pack your pistol and bullet proof vest and hit your local black beauty products store and tell them you got a fungal infection.
I said the name in my first post, pay attention
Had the same problem, switched to vegan shampoo and vegan conditioner, worked like magic.
Sea water
Dry your head properly. Dont use comon body shampoo but special one for hair.
It will fix your problems.
I been getting this red shit here and also sometimes in my forehead, especially after showering, then it dissappears, not the one in the pic, what do?
trim that fuzz, bud
I get the same thing too, although it stay around longer
what's your diet and supplement intake like?
If it's dry, then put olive oil on it.
nizoral shampoo for the dandruff.
fin, min, microneedling for thinning/hairloss
twice a week and cold water the rest of the week.
t. had d-rift all my life
told that homosexual OP to use this way above, literally tried like 4 dandruff shampoos and its the only one that worked, but it makes my hair look super damaged
heh its an old pic
looks like sebderm to me, possible localized scalp psoriasis.
Just when I thought nofappers couldn't get more moronic
not advocating nofap, just scale back your addiction
/ literal doctor
>OR use corticosteroid creams,
Don't do it
It always comes back worse
You are such a fricking quack
Bet 10 bucks you don't even understand the phisiopathology of seborrheic dermatitis
you are a doctor of course you would shill expensive products instead of nopoo. opinion discarded
I've had the same problem
3 days is a pretty insane long time anyway.
avoid too much grease or too many chemicals.
also GF touching my hair constantly i will have to shower.
for any reason, the natural skin grease (that makes the skin soft instead of cracked dry) will make it worse. touching the air a lot will make the skin problem come up faster bettween showers.
i've also had it to a much lower extent in my beard, stache, and in my hands when they got really dry in the summer.
this year ive been trying out blue and white vintage natural soap from old times, people like my grandparents only had this soap, seems to work fine.
good luck
Supplement with vitamin D, it tends to help. Wash your head with cold water and don't leave whatever shampoo you're using actually take effect, apply and rinse right away almost. These worked for me.
Get an anti-fungal shampoo. Here in bongland there's one called Nizoral which is available without prescription really helps with this. You probably have an equivalent wherever you are.
PS Also it's pretty cheap, it's like £8 here (like $9.50 in freedom money)
psoriasis and scalp issues are often linked to diet.
Curbing sugars out of my diet significantly helped me.
i have the cure for scalp and beard dandruff, will probably work for you. this is caused by overgrowth of yeast. mix 4:1 apple cider vinegar with water and rinse your scalp and face, this will help lower the ph of your skin so bad microbes have a harder time growing.
"red, bumpy biofilm" my dude the skin is red due to inflammation not a biofilm. you are actually moronic please never give medical advice. stick to the hippy communes that believe your naturopathic doctorate bullshit and let the professionals help people. homosexual
>t.working in derm clinic for 2 years
my advice is what works. if derm clinics gave people cures for their problems they would be out of business, if OP wants to waste his money on a skin cream subscription that barely works he can do that. skin is suppose to be slightly acidic, modern soaps will raise the ph causing problems so an apple cider rinse can help correct the problem. i have dealt with this problem for over a decade and have way more first hand experience than some intern at a clinic
ah yes I am motivated by money and not improving people's lives. oh you have a melanoma? try some apple cider vinegar and lavender oil. no i will not surgically cut it out because i want to make money off of you and see you die of metastasis in a year.
you might actually be the most moronic person i've ever had the pleasure of interacting with online
the pharma industry is in fact motivated by money, im not saying you are necessarily. you are probably just a kid that recently got out of school and doesnt know any better. you arent ready to go back and question your education because of how much time and money youve invested in it
If you have dealt with this problem for a decade obviously none of your solutions have worked
i gave the solution. i was stuck with it for so long because i was listening to doctors and using shit like nizoral.
IDK why high blood sugar levels make dandruff grow but it does.
same happend to me imma tell you conditioner helps alot
While we are on the topic of hair, is there anything you can do to replace some of the lost oils after shampooing your hair? My hair looks the best 3 days after I shampoo but then it gets too greasy after that and I have to wash it again and it looks like dry frizzy mess.
mct oil
Sunlight completely eliminates it for me. It's a fungal infection bro.
Quit eating carbs, unironically.
Fungal dandruff is a hell I'd wish on nobody.
I solved mine by shaving my head for 6 months and exfoliating my scalp constantly.
this is a board for FITNESS not your SHIT hair and scalp genetics FRICK OFF OUT OF IST you fricking gay balding homosexual HAIRLET
HAIRLETS OUT NOW
T-GEL AND 2% NIZORAL SIMPLE AS OP IS A homosexual STOP WHINING
it's caused by bacteria, literally just kill it using isopropanol alcohol, it burns like the devils anus but it got rid of mine in 2 days.
>i cant deal with this shit anymore
He needs something to treat the symptoms now and reduce the inflammation and irritation but friend its almost definitely your diet causing this issue. Rashes and skin issues are almost always an auto-immune underlying cause.
You are eating something that is fricking you 100% probably multiple things and even when you remove the problem it will be hard to know because it will generally take a few weeks to see the changes.
See a doctor. I had dandruff very bad growing up and the doc gave me a prescription strength shampoo. Worked wonders. Also dont itch your scalp and avoid anything that will further dry it out.
kek i had it all over my body and daily saltwater swimming cleared it up - the cost? free
for me its carbs and omega 6 and 9 oils.
sneed oils are absolutely awful for people with autoimmune conditions
Seb. dermatitis.
Use either T-Sal or Selsun Blue, let sit for a bit then rinse off while in the shower.
you're washing your hair too much dude. only use gentle shampoo like every two days. it will go away after a week or so.
Norizal was enough for me after quitting that
Are you talking about Minox?
What the frick.
might be fungus. go to a doctor for anti fungus medication
Bioderma nodé DS+, don’t listen to these muh soap israelite schizos. Thank me later, Anon.
>Bioderma nodé DS+
this looks good, is it daily use or twice per week? I used T gel and it worked but it killed my hair, made it look damaged
Use it once a week, otherwise your scalp kinda gets used to it and you are back to square one.
Have you tried picrel?
bleach it
do you dry your hair after shower?
You look like you have psoriasis, OP. My dad has this. It went away when he went on keto to lose weight, not even shitting you. If he eats over a certain level of carbs, it slowly starts to reappear but it pretty much goes away if he keeps his carb intake minimal
All the nature people are moron gays.
I use ketokonazol every single day.
Used to have terrible dandruff. bam gone
>but the nizoral box says to only use it once a week
frick you
does your hair look damaged af and dry? i think you'd be better using it only 2-3 times per day, T Gel made my hair look lifeless
probably fried all the protein from your hair, and also removed moisture.
YESSSSSS
Although I will say Huy's leg psoriasis is so much better to look at
Especially the videos where he went to the Dead Sea
OP I went to the dermatologist literally 2 weeks ago and I've struggled with psoriasis on my scalp all my life so I know the struggle. Now in Australia its prescription only but its called Novasone (it has to be the lotion). It wont 'cure' it but it makes it go away for a bit but it will come back, you just reapply. Unfortunately there is no real cure for it.
I have eczema and am on biologic meds
I have to inject myself every 2 weeks with it
my skin has been perfectly normal ever since getting on it
Try nocarbs for a month.
Psoriasis is autoimmune. Clean your diet.
show me a healthy fit person with skin conditions, just kidding, you can't
stop being fat your skin problems will go away. pure facts
chad mendes.
Might be paranoia but I got Seb Derm only after taking the idiotic vaccine. Anyone else?
