Get on a novice LP and get your bench press up to +/-60% of your bodyweight. You can begin to attempt pushups then.
Alternatively, do incline pushups and decrease the angle gradually. I couldn't do a single pushup when I started either, don't worry anon, if it takes you time. Just keep pushing. Focus on your journey.
Unironcially my 1 goal when I started was 1 pushup
I did a pushup position plank for 15 seconds and added 5 seconds every day within reason. I worked up to 1 45 and then blew my shoulder out froma previous injury but nonetheless I worked back up to like 1 30 and said fuck it the next day and just cranked 1
/fat/ here - if you're fat and/or extremely weak start with wall pushups(normal people don't need them).
If you're just normal weak then do incline pushups with your hands on a higher surface, stairs work well for it but you can also use like a countertop or something if it's solid enough. Just don't slip and brain yourself on the edge.
Knee pushups are kinda shit, I'd avoid them.
Just make sure you progress to real pushups with time, if I could do them at 130kg after less then a month of easier variations, so can you.
Look you autistic fatty. Don't lose hope little fella.
It's okay to be weak but it's not ok to stay weak.
Start with what you can. Before doing that pushup drink a lot of water to be hydrated so you can move better
Do a girl push up a few times as a warmup and then squeeze out that normal push up
You can do it bro, just keep trying harder and harder but stay safe too
have a nice day
