          Yes. People say it's the best sleep of yheir lives. You just have to watch your blood sugar. Take berberine hcl or another berberine extract (because regular berberine has shitty absorbtion) to help control your blood sugar.

      Some people do report insomnia while taking magnesium, which is weird since it's supposed to help you sleep. I'd say take a break for a week and see if your insomnia goes away, then maybe try again.

    I take 450mg glycinate before bed, probably the only supplement I recommend because I can really feel the changes.

    Also 1pill w-700 mg from other 4 mixed.

    First time I took them at the same time before bed I slept like a baby and even peed myself kek

      bis-glycinate or L-threonate. i've read l-threonate can easily pass the blood brain barrier which is very appealing to me since i mainly take magnesium for stress/sleep. it's more expensive though and harder to find where I live, so I haven't tried it myself.

      honestly not sure since its hard to find studies on very particular forms of magnesium. i have a bottle i bought same as you not knowing about the different types. i keep it around incase i have stomach issues i think it might help. citrate is absorbed very readily though and seems to do more for blood pressure and blood sugar than bis-glycinate or L-threonate

    Glycinate isn't always best for sleep/relaxation etc, for some people glycinate and glycine in general are excitatory and can cause or exacerbate insomnia because of that.

    I bought magnesium glycinate for my girlfriend but now we’re not together anymore so I started taking it for shits and giggles.
