I can't get any growth on my forearms and it's starting to hamper my others lifts. I work them out to failure, eat a lot, and they are never sore and never grow. halp. I got nice shoulders, biceps, triceps, but forearms look like shit.

I can't do anymore than I already do, they feel like they are going to explode and I can barely move my wrists for half an hour when I am done.

Then either roid or accept the genetics you’ve been given

People never really use bbs for arms I mean I'm not big but I definitely gained some size after being confined to a home gym where my options were limited and it turns out dbs kind of suck.

To train the vast majority of the musculature in your forearm:
      >Barbell wrist curls
      >Barbell finger curls (just a grip exercise with a barbell)

Go heavy with them and use progressive overload

why are barbells superior to dumbbells for forearms? not op but my forearm are lagging behind the rest of me

i've def got more work out of ez bars than db's when it comes to working forearms, I think the stability is a contributing factor? I got my own issues to figure out though, i got an overuse wrist injury from basically only doing forearm curls for my forearms, so when thats healed I need to broaden the scope of my forearm training to prevent more overuse injuries.

Can't mimic close and wide grip with a db or roll it down the fingertips also I just like it to superset with shoulder press.

Again I'm not even big but I started to see actual gains only when I started using the barbell for curls and shit, cables for triceps doing some with "bad form" went from 70 to 110 for like 2.

get a job as a carpenter or a pipefitter, all of those guys have gigantic forearms.

selection bias. you never remember the skinny dyel plumbers, only the ones with big forearms. it's all genetics, if a guy with good forearm muscle genetics goes into the trades, he will develop big forearms.

this, buy a piece of 8x12 1/2 inch sheet rock and carry it up and down stairs for a couple hours every day, your legs, back, shoulders, and forearms will get natty quick.

Between wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, bicep curls, reverse curls, finger extensor bands, and weighted pullups, I do not have this problem. I have tiny little wrists and big fat veiny turkey leg forearms that I don't even recognize when I look down at them.

If you add some deadlift variants or weighted carries to this it'll just be even better. I don't bother with those though. Between the above, back extensions, squat variations, and leg raises, all of that is thoroughly taken care of with much less risk.

      >roll the bb to fingertips as much as possible, palms/knuckles hit the middle to upper part
      >forearms on knees or a bench so they're parallel to the ground maybe a lil angled up before normal

Curls used to kind of hurt. The top of my arm also is finally a bit stronger.

athlean-x made a very good video on this, it's called "the complete forearm workout" or something like that, veru long too, like 12+ farmers walk between each set.
