        Are you trying to highbar or lowbar squat? Ankle mobility shouldn't be a problem at a parallel low-bar squat.
        That said, if you can't do conventional squats try:
        >hack squats
        >Jefferson Squats
        >bulgarian split squats

        Wear squat shoes and focus on keeping your knees out. Leg press is fine as a variation though if your only goal is looks

    consider doing body weight squats while using a chair as support until you get the form well enough that you can do barbell squats. no the leg press cannot replace squatting.

    My squat is so fricking pathetic I can bench more weight. My split

    Wtf do I do? Legs twice a week sounds like the answer. I feel so good on upper body day but when I get in the squat rack I feel like a weak little b***h. How the frick are my legs so weak

      You can do your whole routine in 4 days instead of a week.
      If you do this routine twice without rest days you will hit everything twice over the course of 8 days, as opposed to once over the course of 7 days.

    I can't squat properly due to no having kneecaps, hack squat work just fine, I also warm up doing Thr Knees over toes guy zero program to fix my ankle mobility issues

    Do split squats with dumbbells' but make sure you are going heavy, they are just as effective at building leg strength as squats and stay in the 4-8 rep range. Leg press doesn't quite match squats.
    Try to build the flexibility to do squat (which is likely the problem). Try doing squat and go to the deepest point possible before your form breaks, use light weight and hold it there for 2-4 seconds.
    How do you know if your form breaks? The bar path while doing squat should be in a straight line. If you find that the bar path goes forward or backwards when trying to achieve depth, STOP. You don't have the flexibility to go deep and you need to improve it.
