    you do, i deluded myself in college and didn't work out because i thought i didnt have time. you waste way more time than you think. wake up an hour earlier and go to the gym, or do it in the afternoon after classes.

    I now have motivation to do things.
    Swim almost every day, do dry land strength work every 2-3, also run when the pool is closed (due to AIDS?) and I’m not on full rest.

        I know how you feel about memberships, I haven’t been to the gym in a while because of that. Luckily I got some weights and a rowing machine off craigslist for super cheap, and there’s a lot of bodyweight stuff that is worth doing.

        Also just count calories. Planning meals and counting calories has not just helped me in terms of fitness, but to feel better throughout the day, and sleep better as a result, too. You probably need to take vitamin D, since most people are deficient. That being said, I’ve also started new meds that seem to be helping my motivation.

    i'm a dyel, and i'm currently doing my stupidly small workout routine that i can do every day. it's basically
    >A: 10 sets of hindu pushups, hindu squats and KB windmills
    >B: 10 sets of chinups, KB shoulder press and KB swings
    the reps/set are small for now, but at least i can do them consistently. combine with my daily walk before and after work i can basically keep my weight <= 60kg. outside of working out, i'm going for my Grade 3 Drum exam this November and Grade 5 hopefully mid-2023

      try to work out for an hour and 20 minutes a day, doesn't matter the intensity

      try doing atleast twenty minutes of cardio, doesn't matter the intensity, try shadow boxing

      watch anime while working out, will make it easier. i suggest "how heavy are the dumbells you lift?"

    Lost 8 kg in 3 weeks doing 1300-1500 calories a day low carb IF of 20 hours between meals.
    I don't workout more than pushups and jumping jacks because lazy.
