      That’s 275; you don’t even lift. I can do 250 without a spot. It was wild, I could feel myself go hypoglycemic after the single and had to go get a smoothie after repping out a couple more sets at 235 then 135. I’ll finish my workout after class

      I warm up with a hoodie until my joints are lubed up and I’m beginning to break a sweat. Then I toss it.

      My last gym had an outdoor section where you could lift shirtless, I miss that so much. I get yelled at for taking my shirt off in the back area when squatting but I get so fricking sweaty

    It has only just begun. I used to lift with a bodybuilder who would call 315lb benchpress "dinner time" cause there were six plates total or 3pl8. Man was hype as frick, was great to train with, taught me a lot.

      It’s time to cut bros. I should be able to hit a 275lb front squat for a single Saturday; I just started squatting last year as I have lumbar disc herniations and hadn’t found the front squat variation I can use without causing back spasms until then.

          I’m 34, been lifting on and off since 18. I was 117lbs when I graduated highschool; got sober last year and it’s the first time I’ve lifted while I wasn’t drinking and using coke for an extended period of time

          >275lb bench
          all for singles. Gonna try 275 front squat saturday

    Great work OP I've been trying to build back my bench press to its original number. Have benched 315 for 3 reps as my best lift and 225 for 15 reps. Can't remember for 275 but probably 8+ considering my best lifts.

    Most guys cannot lift 275 so don't let the neckbeards on here tear you down. Its a good bench press.
