I did keto for 3 months and switched back to a normal diet 5 days ago. Yesterday I woke up with a pain and lump in my upper right abdomen, right where my gallbladder is. I immediately suspected gallstones, but the ultrasound revealed I have non alcoholic fatty liver. I am a 30 year old man who weighs 167 lbs, yet I have the liver of a 400 lb lardass. Is there anything I can do about this? I am scared to do any exercising at all now as anytime I engage my core the pain may get worse. Also fuck keto, can't believe I fell for a meme diet that may have possibly ruined my life.

      All my meat is from a butcher who's animals are raised on pasture. I bought a quarter cow in the fall and froze it for the winter to ensure I had grass fed meat all winter so you're wrong
