    you can make gains from calisthenics only, its just a complete fucking waste of time and youll have to workout for 3 hours every day. hes probably lying though. the only reason to do calisthenics only is because you find it more fun, and he is a professional athlete so it doesnt really matter if you find your training fun, the point isnt fun, the point is making money

      He's of the dumb wrestling type too so he probably does 3 hours in one session then comes back later and does another
      Not lifting but training to fight of course

    he does intense grappling and wrestling exercises dozens of hours per week while being on every PED under the sun

    ofc he doesnt need to lift to look aesthetic, its not like hes big look at those shit tier delts

    this thread is full of guys who have no contact with other humans and only lift metal in the air. he's at a weigh in, thus dehydrated. also his job is to wrestle and punch other humans who are actively resisting it. he's a guy thats in really good shape.
