No.

No.

No.

Yes.
I started test for a medical condition, upped the dose because of the minimal difference in side-effects from my dose and a proper cycle and added other compounds for fun.
The risk/reward ratio is worth it for me, but it probably isn't for you.
>I WANT TO FOREVER DESTROY MY NATURAL TEST LEVELS
dude this is my biggest fear and the reason ill probably never take trt (unless i'm on the verge of kms).
if dude on the right just cut, he'd look much better than right.
Not only that but it will start to enlarge your internal organs like the heart
>not wanting those love and cardiovascular gains
I thought that was only hgh.
Fear mongering unless you're an absolute moron and act accordingly.
>what is basic biology?
Something you’re attempting to circumvent every time you, as an endurance hunter-gatherer, try to pack on unnecessary mass.
You’re right, there’s absolutely no difference between injecting two grams of half a dozen substances weekly while gorging yourself on diuretics and using enough short ester test to bring you back to the pre-industrial baseline. These two scenarios are absolutely the same and it’s absurd to think that any differences in dose, substance, or context of use could possibly affect morbidity. Clinical studies have definitely shown that any amount of exogenous testosterone is a death sentence.
>muh dosage
kek no one gives a shit
The fact that you feel the need to put a needle in your ass to inject any amount of any exogenous anabolic substance for the SOLE purpose of building more muscle already means you have image issues and probably severely body dysmorphic
Fantastic assertion, entirely irrelevant to whether or not using gear is inevitably going to make you drop dead at the ripe old age of thirty two.
>pre-industrial baseline
Lol. Lmao even.
Fricking cope all you want.
yes you're right if you're just smart about it steroids are completely safe. There definitely aren't thousands of professionals that have died prematurely as a direct result of their steroid use. It surely won't take years off of your life.
thos guy is the main reason not to do them he's still dyel even after roiding
Exactly. Now take the vaxx bigot
Is it worth getting my test levels checked every couple of months as a natty?
I was around 400 at age 30 recently when I started lifting again. In curious to know if it's gone up now.
thing is sometimes your test crash by eating or sleeping like shit as a natty so it's kinda moronic
Not really. Not unless you start noticing low test symptoms. The difference between any two ranges above low test up to maximum natty test levels is basically zero.
You only start experiencing anything notable at low test levels or above natty levels.
>The difference between any two ranges above low test up to maximum natty test levels is basically zero.
No.
What is androgen receptor sensitivity and density?
He’s right bro. If a person doesn’t have symptoms of hypogonadism/low test then the number doesn’t really matter within range because of how massive variability in the individuals sensitivity to test and things like SHGB are.
>androgen receptor sensitivity and density
are relevant, yes.
>variability in the individuals sensitivity to test and things like SHGB
are also relevant, yes.
>If a person doesn’t have symptoms of hypogonadism/low test then the number doesn’t really matter within range
just because some other things also matter, doesn't mean total test is irrelevant. someone with a test level of 300 is less likely to be able to build muscle and strength as well as someone with 800. it's not impossible, but it is significantly less likely. if you could win $10,000 and had to pick the best muscle/strength gaining ability between two people who were randomly selected and all you know are their T levels, you'd pick the higher T level guy. it's not 50/50%.
Yeah, I really don't get this bullshit myth at all. Do these guys really think having higher free test over a decade will have zero effect on how much muscle they can build in that time frame? How fricking moronic do you have tto be to believe that?
well, it's a response to "test is all that matters, if you have low test better give up now, if you have high test you must be doing something wrong if you're not swole as frick after 3 months of lifting". and to nuance that a bit with other factors is good. but people always go too far...
Yeah I’ll admit that men with good mass building potential are probably as a general rule skewed towards higher end of the ranges.
I also think though that natural lifters eating a raw onion per day for like +20ng/dL are coping and seething lmao.
Anecdotally (which is pleb and dumb but I am only human so I weight it heavily) me and a gym buddy both got bloods done around the same time. My gym bro and I are within and inch of the same height, but he is effortlessly 10kg heavier and around the same body fat as me. His test was ~400, mine was ~750. I train harder and more consistently too.
Good post anon it’s rare on this board.
>me and a gym buddy both got bloods done around the same time
Someone's testosterone level can change quite a bit due to sleep, diet, stress, etc. I've had my T measured seven different times and the results ranged from 314 to 567 (average 433). You're unlikely to score much higher than 750, but he could have had a bad week and scored 650 on a good day.
Never mix grip with the same hand positions each time guys
All you need is Jesus Christ.
You can look like the right without steroids. You're just lazy.
I'm going for natty wiry nowadays, not going to frick myself up with roids.
Running test literally cured all of my ~~*social anxiety)) and ~~*depression*~~
I'm still autistic I'm just not ashamed of who I am, I'm the fricking man and my achievements and selflessness is cause for self respect
How much do you run? Did it made you lose hair?
>self respect
>A fricking trtroony thinking xhe is anything short of a troony
lol.
>You're are le troony
fricking pussy
I'm running 500 mg a week of sust 250.Norwood reaper doesn't seem to be appearing so far, but I am usually walking around with my head shaved anyway so idc. the real negative is my blood pressure is pretty fricked up and all over the place definitely gonna get some cardio gains before I do it again
you need steroids to get abs?
I just want to see how far I can get as a natural. If I can't cope then drugs it is, but I doubt it.
Fact is, unless you are really fricking dedicated you will probably always look mediocre. Like it’s almost to the point you can’t use your gains to go out and have fun because it will frick up your training
I used to think steroids were really bad but once I researched and met people that do them it’s pretty obvious they’re ok if you use them responsibly. Being overweight/smoking/drinking excessively is worse than responsible steroid use. It’s like the boomers who drink everyday but will say weed is the devil.
>you will probably always look mediocre
only to people like us, to the average person you can look great and still live a normal life
Both of these are true.
Tfw look better natty even with a fkced sleep schedule because of night shift job
Stop making so much excuses and actually put in some work
Routine?
Nobody neds them but they're great and if used intelligently have basically zero long term side effects. The biggest draw for me is it's chemical contraception: it induces azospermia which is transient. Studies on TRT men show an effective 100% return to normalcy after a 1 year cold turkey break (no clomid or hcg either) for 85% of men and at 2 years its 99%. With hxg and clomid you can return to normal spermogenesis in a month or two. Baseline testosterone production recovers even more quickly. Keep in mind this is a drug where researchers take random men and will inject 600mg doses/week (blast doses) for months for their studies and take them off cold turkey without a single frick given and 0 adverse events. Test is safe as long as the blast isn't a year+ with multiple compounds. So no babies and it gets me jacked. I don't reccomend everyone juices since it's annoying and you need to be smart so you don't die.
Only reason I don’t take shit is I’m afraid I’ll lose my hair
