    Oil?

if the oil is yours, it is bad. If the oil is ours, it is good.

Zoybean oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, palm oil is cucked and pushed by everyone since the 1950s, since then auto-immune diseases are on a rise.

    >New UC Riverside research shows basedbean oil not only leads to obesity and diabetes, but could also affect neurological conditions like autism, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety, and depression. [1]

Animal fats such as lard, beef tallow, ghee and butter have been here since the dawn of times and consumed by all of our ancestors, who have never had auto-immune diseases and obesity was practically non-existent.

Olive oil is an exception, because it has been around since forever and is actually healthy if you don't get a counterfeit one at the store that's mixed with cheaper oils.

I once tried to cook with lard pushed by this meme and once it started melting in the pan it smelled like my dog after 3 months of not showering him.
As much as how healthy you guys say it is I don’t want that shit stinking up my kitchen.

try ghee then, it smells neutral.

      >Additionally, the team notes the findings only apply to basedbean oil -- not to other onions products or to other vegetable oils.

"Do not throw out your tofu, basedmilk, edamame, or onions sauce," said Frances Sladek, a UCR toxicologist and professor of cell biology. "Many onions products only contain small amounts of the oil, and large amounts of healthful compounds such as essential fatty acids and proteins."

    - grass fed butter (from known source, otherwise they grass feed the cattle one day and the other 364 days of the year it's goysneed)
    - organic local olive oil with date of 1 year max last harvest date in dark non plastic container
    - same for organic avocado oil
    - organic coconut oil is middle ground (not bad but not good either)
    - organic ghee
    - organic tallow
    - organic wild pork fat (never get industrial non organic pork fat, it's the worst type of fat)

The seed oil meme is one of the funniest memes on this board, most of the schizo bait has been played out and is either obvious or ineffective by now, except for nutrition.
You will find so many schizos and conspiracy tards fall for that one still, it's the gift that keeps on giving.

keep on muddying the earthly waters with your sneed oils...and hope to God he doesn't exist,
so you may never face judgment. What a state of fear and terror it must be, in your last moments...to look back at what you've done with your life, to this Earth.

Stop thinking of oils as foods. They're all processed and inflammatory to various degrees. Seriously if its liquid at room temperature and stored in a tinted container because the mere presence of light causes oxidation, maybe it's not a natural food for humans.

    But it's very very profitable.

It's all about the Omega-3 vs Omega-6 ratio. Eat fish oil and quit ALL seed oils. If you want to use plant based oil use olive oil.
(Rapeseed/canola oil has a great omega fatty acid ratio, but the production methods risk producing trans fats and reducing the quality of the product. This subpar product often passes even the most careful inspection.)
Fish liver oils on the other hand has a fantastic omega 3 to 6 ratio and simple, effective extraction methods. Adding a tablespoon or two to your diet can do wonders to offset the damage done by other oils.

TL;DR: There's no one reason why seed oils are bad for you, but almost all of them are. It's better to avoid them until you find a strong, compelling reason to add one to your diet.
