buy L Citruline. i started taking it on monday and i dont feel as horribly beat down anymore.

    heres my everyday schedule
wakeup. lift. shower. eat. walk to work 35min under the summer sun up hills and shit. work. get home and row for 30min trying to break pr if possible.

given that as you can imagine i get burnt out. all i do these days is lift, manage my evay shop, and work. since i bought the L Citruline i feel like i have more time and more energy

put a cup of coffee in you morning routine,
and eat carbs. If you are doing a low carb diet it is probably the cause of your tiredness.

      >low carb is why you're tired
This is the opposite of what everyone says

    Have you tried adderall?
In all serious though, you just need to sleep more and get better quality sleep. No stimulants after noon and no scrolling social media/IST before bed is a good place to start.

99% of the time you know exactly why you're tired, you just want to hope it's something else so you don't have to change your life. either you're staying up all night playing vidya, or not going outside during the day, or eating like shit

You are probably vitamin D deficient. Such is the nature of being on this website. Try supplements (or sitting in the sun every day for like 15 minutes) for a week or so and see if you feel better.

Welp I'm out of simple solutions. A doctor might catch other deficiencies. Are you depressed or just tired?

For me when I'm tired it'a because I haven't been doing any cardio. Jog at a slow pace for 30 minutes 2x a week
