OP here, don't put this much in. My scooper is around 1/8tsp. I weighed it and it's around 475mg Borax, which is 21% Boron (99.75mg). I took half the scooper and drank half, so I got around 25mg Boron. I'm fine, but I'm skipping tomorrow and measuring it correctly in 2 days.

        This says 21%

It's probably 11% but I'll make sure tomorrow

Borax is sodium tetraborate decahydrate. This is two sodiums, four borons, seven oxygens and 10 waters per molecule.
The molar mass is 381.37. A boron atom is about 10.8 g/mol and there are 4,
So this makes about 11.3% boron by weight

The air that is pumped in isn’t pure oxygen either, it’s mixed with nitrogen, sometimes almost at 50%. To pump a greater amount of oxygen in costs money in terms of fuel and the airlines know this! The nitrogen may affect the times and dosages of medications, make you feel bloated and cause your ankles and joints swell.
