I get a mild-to-moderate chest pain on the left side of my chest.

I get a mild-to-moderate chest pain on the left side of my chest. It usually happens after a high volume push workout, especially after I do high volume dips although it sometimes happens after a pull day as well. I can recreate the pain by stretching my pec at a certain angle. The pain sometimes radiates to my left scapula. I am double vaxxed. Am I fricked?

you're a moron for taking experimental mrna therapy but that's most likely not it.
try doing some deadhangs for time at the end of every workout and also when you wake up.
also maybe look into fascia release with a tennis or lacrosse ball, plenty of vids on it on israelitetube.
    also prolly technique issues tbh.

I had exactly the same thing. I got myself checked and it ended up being a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and I therefore have an increased risk of sudden cardiac death.
I was told to avoid certain kind of exercises, like dips, pulls ups and very heavy weight.

Basically what happens is that my heart "walls" are too thick and blood has it difficult to flow in high volumes. So I can increase my heart rate as much as I want, meaning cardio is OK, but I can't carry heavy weight...

Also, got this diagnosed at 32 yo. I'm 15% bf and almost always have been. It's not about being fat.

Good luck with that, but get yourself checked before it's too late.

    Cheers,

That's a very small percentage of people that get blood clots like below 1%, maybe your genes are just botched anon, can't even handle some medicine kek

I sometimes get a very sharp pain through my left shoulder and under the ribs on the left side, it leaves me breathless. I think it might have something to do with nerve pinching in the spine around the neck from years of hard labor
I've had my heart checked many times and it appears to be perfectly fine. I have had times when my blood pressure was a bit high tho but it doesn't seem related to the shoulder pain
