I get constantly poked fun of for this

I’ve been working out for about 3 years and when I stand with proper posture, people mock me by spreading their arms and walking like they have watermelons underneath them. As an experiment, I’ve tried literally pressing my arms to my side and they still do it. Sorry I have big lats I guess. I suppose I’ll take it as a mire.

That’s what I’ve done. Although the first time it happened I thought I was being insulted so I got mad at the guy for a bit, kek.

I have huge Lats too, but my posture is absolute dogshit so I look like guy on the right. When I stand up straight with good posture though I have to do the moronic looking arms out thing. Lose lose.

most guys, especially guys who lift, are not as big as they think they are. and then to make matters worse, they tell themselves they have muscle dysphoria and actually EVEN BIGGER than they think they are. it's delusions on top of delusions. in reality you're just an insecure skinnyfat goober with brain damage from the media and poor upbringing.

they're mocking you for a good reason. you have ILS. you might have impressive lats but you might be thinking that they are wider than they actually are.

A lie. As I’ve said, even when pressing my arms to my sides as close as possible, they still poke fun.

because you've already built up the reputation of being the ILS guy. they won't magically forget that you were latspreading just because you made your frame smaller for a small period of time.
either that or they are jelly DYELS as you'd like to think. I'm more inclined on the former tbh.

    Ah yes, Imaginary Lat Syndrome.
