    That's a good thing bread and white rice is honestly a decent way to cut especially if you hit non compounds more often you could probably get pretty big. I stopped gaining as much size when I got lazy with the dbs and cables.

    So you have to change one of two things, your genetics or your environment. You can't change your genetics so you need to change your environment.
    How? Move close to a gym. Move away from fast food. Get a job with people who are healthy, hang out with healthy people. Etc...
