I go to the gym and lift regularly, would it be autistic to get a pullup/dip bar and some pushups bars for at home too? I catch myself being very jittery at home, and it would be nice to be able to do 20 spontaneous reps of dips or pullups whenever i feel it coming on, would this fuck up my gains, less resting etc?
