They sometimes frick these tests up. Thats why you get mutliple tests. There also other factors that can kill you sperm for a while.
I had a test with 0 sperm found as well. The next one had seceral 100k found which is too little but better than nothing. The next one was normal. I also have a daughter now who looks exactly like a mixture of my wife and me.
I used to get hot baths and used infrared light on my thighs which probably got my balls too hot. dont do this if you want to get a child. Once I stopped, my sperm count recovered.
Keep your balls cool. Dont freeze them though. Get wide pants.
Below a certain threshold, the number auto rounds down to 0. Multiple tests are necessary to confirm.
