Damn this hits too close to home. I couldn't maintain eye contact most of my life. Somehow ended up being a caricature artist for a bit. I even rented space to do it live. It honestly gave me a mental breakdown.
I sometimes hammer curl 40kg dbs and sometimes do 12 kg for pump work
Db curls is one of those exercises where the weight is not the main factor, similar as lat raises
Hammer curls are cope ego lifer curls. Nothing funnier than seeing some guy swinging his entire back to hammer curl 50s
Meanwhile you can get way more control from strick underhand bicep curls
I hammer curl 60lbs
Is this a good or bad thing?
It's fairly light weight.... baby
*Ronnie has entered the chat*

what does the comic have to do with Ronnie Coleman?
Everybody wants to be a street caricature artist but dont nobody want to draw those heavy ass heads
Is that good or not?
I've been lifting for less than a year and I'm up to 16kg curls

Me too.
But I just hit 12 reps for 3 sets, so going to move on to 17.5 kg next session or the one after that. Such is the magic of progressive overload.
I'd hammer curl them, if you know what I mean
i hammer curl 16kg
