      Be extra sure you're eating nutritious food while you're fasting bro. Just subsisting on junk food will make you crash hard.

      Fast helped me break a lot of my worst eating habits. I gained back some, but I'm still down 15-20lb from my peak weight and holding steady (I lost 40lb). Just breaking the snacking habit helps a lot.

      I fasted and gained it back, but i look a hell of a lot better than before thanks to lifting. It would be nice to fit my skinny clothes again tho. Got so much pussy when i was lean, went through girl group after girl group. Im gonna fast it all away again come winter. I don't want to stop these gains im getting from eating so much.

    Anon you have to stick to it. Eat the same things every day while staying under 1800 cal and remaining active and you will, in time, see the results

    From 120kg to 80kg in 4 fricking month. Go Jim everyday, do hiit, eat fish, lot of fish, jsut go berzerk everyday.

    But, if you do like me and relapse when you lost your weight you will gain all back in like 8 month, stay disciplined, this is your lifestyle now ok ?

    Are you being dishonest with yourself or not properly estimating your calories? I did CICO and ran if I wanted a snack, I'm down from 205 to 163 in the span of a little under 5 months. If you are doing it right, you will loose weight, unless there is some freak situation with your genetics like you come from the habsburgs and you should just have a nice day or your like 45 and a woman.

    stop living with ur mom, buy only clean ingredients to cook with so u dont have snacks. ditch gluten and sugar entirely, drink ur coffee black.

    fasting is literally the easiest thing. Literally lost 100 pounds just eating once a day eating 5 eggs and 3 slices of bacon as my one meal and sometimes steak and egg and even some shitty meals like pizza and junk food. Also work out daily. It's pretty fricking easy once you get used to it, been doing for since jan. I was 378 pounds and I weigh 268 now.

        It's been since Jan. I'm also doing light exercise everyday mostly a fast walk on the treadmill while watching star trek and 20 mins on the stairmaster, which was initially almost impossible but become manageable eventually.

    If you really want to lose weight fast, eat a boiled egg for breakfast, lunch and dinner and take a multivitamin.
    You will feel like shit, you will have no energy, but you will lose 3-5lbs per week.
