Are you being dishonest with yourself or not properly estimating your calories? I did CICO and ran if I wanted a snack, I'm down from 205 to 163 in the span of a little under 5 months. If you are doing it right, you will loose weight, unless there is some freak situation with your genetics like you come from the habsburgs and you should just have a nice day or your like 45 and a woman.

It's been since Jan. I'm also doing light exercise everyday mostly a fast walk on the treadmill while watching star trek and 20 mins on the stairmaster, which was initially almost impossible but become manageable eventually.

Anon you have to stick to it. Eat the same things every day while staying under 1800 cal and remaining active and you will, in time, see the results

stop living with ur mom, buy only clean ingredients to cook with so u dont have snacks. ditch gluten and sugar entirely, drink ur coffee black.
