I hate bulking

I feel so bloated and disgusting. I can feel the excess lard around my waist. I hate forcefeeding myself more food than I'd ever eat otherwise. I hate that I have to eat so much meat and dairy to get the absurd amount of protein I apparently require. This feels like the opposite of healthy living.

        150-200g of protein is easy. Chicken for lunch, chicken/beef for dinner, chicken for snack, 2-3 whey scoops to fill the rest

        I get around 160 a day and I don't eat meat 90% of the time

    don't then you goofy gay. just eat at maintenance, and add stir fry sauce, or oyster sauce, or a little more oil when you cook to get yourself into a 100-150 cal surplus. that's still .3lbs a week. 250g of beef is 50g of protein.. that's not a lot of food, add a serving of wheat noodles, 100g is 10g of protein and barely a couple mouthfuls of food. Boom 60g of protein and 800 cals. add oyster sauce, pan fry the noodles in avocado oil, add spicy seasonings some nappa cabbage. shit kicks ass. easily 1000 cals. Eat moderate fat, flavoured greek yogurt. high protein, high cals for the serving size. Sooooo easy. I wish i was +200lb so i could eat more without becoming a landwhale.

    All you need to gain muscle is like 2 slices of bread more than you are eating. Stop binging on pizza and cake. Bulking is a meme so people can stop eating egg whites and pig out. Just lift and eat a small (SMALL) surplus

    You probably don’t really need to eat as much as you think you do, you can always just bulk more slowly. As long as you’re gaining about 1 or 2 lb a month, you’re basically doing all you can to feed your gains. Anything more than that just goes directly to fat.
