        Why are you moronic? Close grip is a tricep blaster. Do heavy weight and low reps. As for the extensions, just stand up, raise the cable to the top, and extend overhead without using a gay bench like your gif.

            Close grip bench is an amazing exercise for Bench lockout strength, in the semi-long run it will make your triceps strong and thick and increase your bench press.

          If you're asking this question, you shouldn't think about hitting heads of your tricep separately.

          Only moronic sciencegays segregate training by heads of a single muscle. Just do the one exercise you like more and both heads will grow at their preferred ratios. Triceps aren't like pecs where there's separate innervation sites.

    I know this is bait but I do them similarly to this but seated since I have a cable that goes behind my head when seated.
    Works great.
    All you need is a full stretch and overhead movement.
    Do these and pushdowns+ohp/bench press and you should be fine.

    inferior to crashers in any conceivable way. you're unstable and fight gravity instead of being pushed firmly into the bench. there is no alternative to crashers, it is the ultimate tricep killer.

    Putting that bench there is a waste of equipment. Let me make it simple. Do an extension where your upper arm is down or in front of you, and do another extension where your upper arm is facing the sky (or close to it). Typical rep range, 8-12.
