I have a 500 calorie chocolate bunny that I got for Easter.

I have a 500 calorie chocolate bunny that I got for Easter. I’ve been eating clean for the last 2-3 months and I’m on a good track to reaching my goal weight.

Should I frick up 3 months of progress for 5 minutes of pleasure?

I’m scared a cheat day is gonna ruin my motivation to continue eating clean

      >cheat day
      moronic concept
      >oh let me reward my progress by reversing my progress
That said, I don't think one choco bunny on Easter is gonna make or break you, OP.

Why do you think one chocolate rabbit will write off 3 months of weight loss?

Lmao nice eating disorder op. What you can do is break it up over days, or just enjoy it with no further thinking on the matter. You are here to live your life, you are dieting and exercising so you can take the time to enjoy these small moments in life for longer.

I lost 50 lbs while eating pizza, ice cream, and chips. It's called portioning.

Bro what the frick. I just ate 2 double cheeseburgers and a chocolate shake that were like 2500 calories after a 2 hour back and bicep workout. Get those calories in and lift heavy.

You don’t have to eat the whole thing at once
You can eat part of it today and save the rest for another time

500 calories will not frick up your progress of three months.

Help yourself and maybe split the bunny in several parts, as to not binge it down in five minutes. Savor the taste, enjoy it and dont gulp it down like a degenerate.
