I have a history of having small hemoroids (internal). My doctor gave me some cream years ago and its kinda been fine but recentely I switched to law calorie high protein diet. My shits have been hurting, bleeding and generally hard as frick. Some anons said there are some fibre supplements I can use to fix this - is this safe?

I use wet wipes and normally just shower after a shit anyways. Never heard of it and lived literally average life and got them. I ain't a gay but uniornically its impossible to be one with what I have. No idea what a gay would do - surgery or something? Its literally impossible to penetrate me without a lot of blood/pain

why do you express yourself of things you do know nothing about

certainly toxic foods like seed oils while stress out your bovel movement more than needed
if not things like coffee that instantly makes your bovel movement go crazy which is something
i intentionally do myself because i want to take a shit before starting my day or going to the gym.

but a lot of stress, physical activity and subconsciously tensing up your abdominals will slowly cause hemmoroids
which is why its so common among lifters to get hemmoroids, theyre prone to be in on the whole unholy trinity of main causes

if you already have hemmoroids, youll have to suppress it for the rest of your life with creams and avoid subconsciously tensing up
your abdominals during your resting state sitting down at the desk by the office and etc unless youre willing to surgically remove them
then you should at least consider building a proper understanding of why you got them in the first place so that you dont go through surgery
only to get them back again.

you dont need more fiber at all if you heavy a balanced consumption of potatoes, carrots and its fine if you have an apple a day and thats it
fiberous supplementation is the biggest scam in history of pharmaceutical companies until covid vaccines.

if youre lacking the knowledge and personal experiences with these problems, shut the frick up man
most lifters rarely come out with these intimate problems but the amount of lifters actually suffering from this is alarmingly huge

If it is psyllium husk, make sure you mix it adequately before taking. Too dry can frick your shit up.

I have pretty decent luck with magnesium supplementation. 400mg before bed and a cup of coffee in the morning and I shit just fine.

I'm doing one final cut before I officially quit my 1 year long calorie defecit. Started working out recentely so I have no space for non protein calories.

There are fiber supplements made out of buckwheat and similar shit which you can add too yogurt/protein shake. It has a texture of sawdust, but otherwise quite tasteless and makes your shit soft

Is any of that stuff bad in the long term? I've heard stories of people getting used to laxatives so much to where they can't shit without them now

        Fiber or magnesium aren't laxatives.

They are things you normally get plenty of, it is just with a lower carb diet the lack of fiber can make it difficult to have normal poops.

Just find some bulk Psyllium Husk.

Watch a Youtube video on what can happen if you don't mix properly though. It can bring your bowels to a screeching halt if you don't.

Magnesium citrate absolutely is a laxative. I'm not against supplements at all but if you need to take one to stop having painful and bloody bowel movements your diet is bad.

Fiber isn't a laxative, its more of a sponge that slows down digestion.
So instead of getting watery shits that go straight from mouth to bowel, it turns a bit more solid and slows down from being clumped to the fiber.

don't increase fiber. you're just gonna get more hemorrhoids and possibly anal fissures. i know, i took a vitamin+fiber supplement for way too long.
do increase magnesium. you need it anyway and most people are deficient. citrate is probably cheapest and helps you shit
get a squatty potty or something similar. you'll immediately feel the difference cause the poop just comes out by itself once your hip tilts backward enough. 0 effort needed on your part, which is very good for your ass. make sure it's high enough for your height

Supplementing fiber can be bad advice. For some people fiber can make constipation/hemorrhoids much worse. When constipated, it's akin to adding more cars to a traffic jam. For some poeple it works, but i'll go out on a limp and say it's a minority.

Also look consider the possibility that you're intolerant to milk protein (casein). Some people get constipated by casein, probably because it has an opiod effect on the gut neurons.

op, if your shits are too hard then you might not have enough sodium, fat, water or youre lacking sleep
it could also be caused by stress and not having the time to unwind but if you keep on going with these types of symptoms ?
your health will only keep deteriorating and its expected that your hemmoroids will grow if you have these types of problems
through your day to day life.

try switching out all carbs for potatoes, carrots and broccoli and try to eat enough of fat
if you still struggle for lets say weeks ? go on a white fish diet with mainly basmati rice for carbs
and see how your gut health is changing.

both white fish and basmati rice is easy on the digestion whilst most white fish is high in tryptofan
which will help your body calm down

Bump. Not OP but suffering of same effects, I don't have hemorrhoids.
Started going to the gym but my TDEE is pretty low, around 1800 and I'm cutting since I'm skinnyfat.
I pretty much have only 2 meals per day, wake up drink some milk with a banana or apple, take creatine.
Come back from gym, eat around 5 eggs, cup of milk with some oats.
Then my last meal is chicken breast/thigh or red meat with rice, sometimes I drop the rice and do potatoes instead, always with some veggie, lettuce or broccolis, tomato, onions.
Always have had problems pooping, but when I ate a lot of goyslop it was easier, also dropped coffee.
My shit lately has been pretty hard and sometimes with blood since I have to make so much effort to the point where my face is red. Looking for some help. Eating 1200-1300 cal day.

not him but i have the same problem and i eat the same every day
        >chicken sandwich
        >chicken breast
        >semi processed chicken skewers
        >protein yoghurt
        >protein shake
        >can of tuna sometimes
        >protein bar sometimes
        >boiled eggs sometimes
        >salad sometimes

Every.Day. Probably why I have the issue since there's 0 fibre in my diet. Still unsure whether to just eat more veg or buy those fibre supplements or drink more water all all the above.

1-2 liters of water should be fine, depending on just how physically active you are, i guess
and those fats come from ? i couldnt stress the value of salmon enough but regardless of which

the balance of sodium, water, fats, sleep quality+hours and youll have enough fiber in your diet
if your main sources of carbs are potatoes, carrots & broccoli if not an additional apple a day
then youre certain to have reached your needs of fiber regardless of height/weight

fiber supplementation is a total scamm

Most of my fat comes from eggs and milk, bit from chicken thighs sometimes. I'll try salmon and see if it helps, I've started adding some oats to my diet and it seems to be helping a bit but not enough. I also take 2 pills of magnesium a day for 250mg.

Hemorrhoids (HEM-uh-roids), also called piles, are swollen veins in your anus and lower rectum, similar to varicose veins

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), copper helps make more endothelial cells, which are protective cells that line the inside of blood vessels. This may help maintain the elasticity of veins and, therefore, help prevent varicose veins.

Consoome butter made from raw milk, raw milk, coconut cream, eggs. If your stool is too hard make a suppository out of raw butter, raw cream and stuff it up your ass. This will, over time restore the bacteria needed to soften the stool. Hard shits can be a life shattering taboo.
